Wonderful evening as always. This night was very slow and mellow just because not many were outside so it was very quiet. Service just as excellent. Our server made sure we got our complimentary anniversary dessert to go even though we were full. Very sweet.
Lacking on the service. Very delayed from drinks, orders, clearing of plates, refills, and dessert menus. The only saving grace was one Brazilian female server who made my son’s birthday dessert extra special.
Other than that, the meat was often too well done when I asked for medium, the meats (beef and lamb) were cold or over-cooked, and the sides were forgettable. I don’t think I even saw any chicken. Maybe it’s not offered at Fogo? I don’t know; but, we’ve had better (i.e. M Grill; Texas de Brazil; Gauchos Village)
Rosemarie, this is disappointing to hear, as we never want our meals to be anything other than spectacular. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance, so we hope to earn your 5-stars in the future.
Our family have been coming to this restaurant for over 20 years. Countless birthdays, anniversaries, and graduations were celebrated here, not to mention the many people that we have brought here to join us. However, this last two occasions we came here have been different. Service was lacking, missing the warm, with unfamiliar new staffs that were not as it used to be. Our favorite was Moses to whom we considered a friend, again due to the many times he had superbly taken care of us. The vibes is not the same, far from what we used to love about this place. I am saddened, feeling like I have lost a special place.
We can assure you that our standards have not changed throughout the year, so we are disappointed to hear you feel otherwise. When you are ready, please give us another chance to regain your trust.
I indicated on reservation that we were celebrating a birthday and the restaurant never acknowledged it. We were supposedly serviced by a team of waiters but hardly saw the waiters and usually had to waive them down. The market table was okay. I’ve seen better stocked tables at other Brazilian restaurants. Overall our bill was $300 for 3 people and I didn’t feel like we got the value expected from a high end restaurant.
Excellent qualify on the vast salad bar. Good meats too.
Great food, great service. The waitstaff was very accommodating and made sure gluten free guest could have the soup.
We enjoyed the atmosphere, the quality of food was excellent and the servers extremely friendly. All in all a good experience.

We enjoyed our meal and it was my dates first time eating at a Brazilian steakhouse. The food just kept coming and the salad bar was plentiful. The place had a nice crowd and our servers just kept checking on us. We will definitely return.

Terrible food. Absolutely horrible. The quality and temperature of the meats coming out were sub par at best. It’s a shame too because we liked frequenting this place. But unless there is an overall revamp we do not plan to go back. What a waste of time and money.
Meal was served buffet style, so it allowed me to try all of their different meats and salads. Amazing assortment of meats and vegetables.

Absolutely wonderful in every way. The food, the wine selections, the service, are all excellent. And they have convenient valet parking. I have been there several times and will return again often. It is a lovely place for any kind of lunch. Business, connecting with friends, Birthday or Anniversary party... large group or small....it is a very special experience. I highly recommend Fogo de Chao.
Don’t get the shrimp cocktail. Also don’t go to Fogo de Chao. Go to M Grill instead. Their meat is actually seasoned, their hot sauce is waaaay better, the service is better, friendlier, and much faster (i.e. you won’t get full from the salad bar first cuz your meat guys won’t come around your table until the end), the workers don’t seem miserable, the valet is cheaper, and they won’t scam you into paying $20 for shrimp cocktail. Like why would I want to pay $20 extra just for 1 shrimp cocktail at an All-You-Can-Eat Buffet. You’d think that if someone is walking around with a tray of shrimp cocktail asking if you’d like one that it is part of the buffet. Nope.
Great experience. Got to finally eat from the salad bar. Good selection. Early rsvp is best.
I always love this place! I don't know why I resisted going for so long. But I finally did. This is the 3rd visit since January!!! I love it. The service is perfect. The food is YUMYUMYUM and we always have a great time there! Don't skimp and get a cheap version of the menu... they have "deals" for lunch and sometimes for dinner... but then you miss out on the GOOD STUFF. So enjoy it all! And come hungry! You won't leave hungry....
Tables set too crowded! Difficult to walk in and out the salad buffet, and difficult for staff to serve bbq meat good. Most servers who serve bbq meat look very tired and little frustrated - I guess restaurant is too busy and tables are set too close to each other! For the price point and location (Beverly Hills), we didn’t feel this restaurant is that great now! I used to dine out here, but I think quality and value is dropping now.....
We have been to Fogo MANY times and it's always memorable - HOWEVER, this past visit was pretty frustrating. It was the day AFTER Valentine's day - and a Saturday night. Reservation was honored within 10 mins despite the crowd and we got a decent table in the back room but the service was VERY VERY VERY inconsistent with what we have ALWAYS had before. We had to flag down the servers to bring us food - which was VERY sporadic at best. The table next to us joked that "Our section must be closed." When the food eventually started coming, it was very poorly paced and we often sat for 5-10 minutes with empty plates. We'll be back but there was no "Fire" in this visit.
We had reservations at 10:30pm when we get there the lady which was extremely rude told us they were 30 mins behind we didn’t get seated until 11:40 and didn’t start eating until 12am they only came over for meat 1 time until my fiancé had to tel the waiter which they still took forever to come by they came by a total of 4 times they had ran out of mashed potatoes as well!!!!!! My friend and his date order off the menu and their food took forever they didn’t start eating until after midnight! They didn’t check up on us and when we asked for our check everyone seemed confused as too what waiter was “helping us” please don’t over book if you can’t handle it
Went on Valentine's Day. Had reservations but still had to wait an hour to be seated. Place was incredibly full in the lobby/bar area and people were packed liked sardines. Usually a solid place but don't go on a holiday because they overbook.
Considering it was Valentines day I was expecting it to be a bit hectic, but I kid you not when I say there was hundreds of people in the main entrance. Crowded together like a concert. With 1 girl trying to maintain everything. It was chaos. We were seated an hour and half after our reservation. The food had little to no flavor, and the salad bar was a mess.
Delicious food! The salad bar was not one like before everything was so tasty, lots of variety of appetizers and salads to fruit. Service is very fast when they bring around the variety of meats to you!
Worst experience ever. Ordered a drink and I never got it. Waitress printed a receipt that she ordered it from the bar but what I supposed to do with a receipt? Salad bar is good. Meat is not that great. Would never go back because of the service

Valentine’s Day and the wait was over an hour
It was too crowded on Valentine’s day , they over booked reservations. My reservation was at 9:00 pm, I didn’t get seated til 10 , because they were seating the 8:30 and 8:45 reservations .
But other than that , overall It was great ! The ribeye is to die for lol.
Waited an hour even with a reservation. The servers weren’t tentative. It wasn’t worth it.

Food was great but the valet parking horrible. We waited for an hour and half to retrieve my car. They cannot find my car. Valet attendant keep coming back to us and asked for our ticket 3 times. We asked the valet attendant so many times why they taking so long to get my car no answer so I went to the parking lot to look for my car and i found it myself. So no more valet parking for us anymore.
When we arrived for our reservation, there were about 50 people waiting for their tables. Everyone was complaining about how badly the restaurant overbooked the reservation. We were seated about 40 minutes past our time of reservation, and it was so difficult to get the attention of the servers. They gave us a discount coupon for our next visit, but we highly doubt that there will be another visit.
The night went well. Everything was very delicious and service was great. The only downside is the Valet Parking workers. It seemed they just were rude at time and did not handle cars with care. I did not like that and I noticed a lot of people didn’t t like that either.
