Costela / Beef Ribs
These succulent ribs are first rubbed slightly with rock salt, which creates a seasoned crust. The costela is then grilled for several hours to bring forward its natural flavors.
The meat servers only came around once and we weren’t able to get much meat
Everything was great, and the food is always splendid!
They brought the food too fast and tried to get rid of us. The meat was dry and cold. None of the food was made with care and passion, it was almost fabricated. It was a windy night and there were no heaters in the middle of the area, there were only a few around the tables on the side. Everything was horrible enough.
First time experience at the location and is definitely a bang for your buck!
Unfortunately, the only dining now is outside under a special tent. It was chilly and windy, but the food was delicious as always. Service was very attentive and cheerful. It was so nice to get out for a special dinner!

The manager, Melissa treated us quite well as we had a sizable group. The staff brought out various drinks, meats and deserts. The only thing issue I didn’t care for was for the pushy upsell by one of the waiters.
Everything was great, staff so friendly that’s a 10 plus in my book

It was my boy friends birthday and we had the worst service ever. I barely got any food and they didn’t even bring the right drinks. It was suppose to be a great evening and the service ruin

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic it has affected its both customer service and quality due to the protocols they must follows. Although they have superior quality of food and defiantly attempted to give the best customer service experience, the overall has affected them greatly.
It was good. Service was a little slow and drinks were weak but overall food was great and enjoyed the date.
We went for my husbands bday. Overall great dining experience. Food was high quality and large portions. Outdoor dining with covid but it was warm and felt safe with social distancing. We will be back!
Love the food and service. They always make sure you’re getting the types of meat and extras you came for. Always enjoy my experience there. Even with outdoor dining, they’re still able to give you the Full Experience. Definitely coming back more times to come.

I came here for Valentine’s Day. It was packed! So I’m not sure what the norm is as far as crowdedness. Nonetheless I still had an amazing experience. So much food! I’m not a carnivore or anything but I loved all the different meat. I mean, endless meat! For the price, I’d say it’s a pretty good deal, it’s basically a buffet that comes to you.
We had dinner on valentines day, we had reservations and we still had to wait over 30 minutes for an available table. Not enough heaters outdoor on this windy and cold day. We were freezing the whole time there. SERVER was very friendly but seemed overwhelmed and didn't seem to know the menu very well. overall it wasn't a good experience. We left in under 1 hour because it was freezing and no accommodations were made when we asked if there was a different area we can dine. Manager was a very rude woman who brought the check and stood there watching us put money into the checkbook. Very low class restaurant for Beverly hills.

Luckily we got seated in an area that was not as windy. Service was slow. Valet was $10, not $8 as stated on their website. Food was decent, but not worth the price of $65

It was okay. They didn’t serve any brunch at 12:00 PM, but usually they serve brunch at that time. It was a set menu which they did not indicate when we booked. We ended up eating greasy meats and bland salads too early on in the day. The meats were basically all fat and you weren’t able to choose how you like your meat cooked. They were all raw which is not okay for me because I’m pregnant. The salads were flavorless. It seemed to have been sitting out or prepped couple of days prior. The lady at the valet was in a terrible mood. I asked her a simple question and she responded “relax we are having a busy day” very rudely. I would not return to this restaurant.

Great place and great food. Staff was very friendly.
Terrible service, cold food, and not enough heaters. We saw the waitress 2 times throughout our entire date and we were forced to give her a set tip. We were left hungry and very dissatisfied. Total fail for a valentines date. It was very embarrassing. Will never go back!

We were ignored by the staff that was tasked with bringing the sides and meat selection... there was a large party there at the same time and the servers headed straight to that table by passing my husband and I several times both going and coming to that party. The cocktail was good the sides were cold and the meat was bland

We got very very little cuts of meat (I got 3 pieces. Total! I eat well done and all the ones I got were medium, and they were way too overwhelmed. We don’t feel like we got to eat a proper meal at all. We are regulars there but this was the worst one and it was our anniversary. I had mentioned it in note in reservation, and they didn’t ask us if we wanted anything to celebrate. I know times are tough, but I think they have to keep up standard. I adore the waiters- they know us there, but we were so sad spending over $200 and still hungry.

Delicious food, but there's room for improvement.
It was a SURPRISE birthday party for my husband. It was not a good experience from beginning to end. The manager via phone was not friendly and when I stopped by to drop off the cake, she was not patient. Because it was a surprise, I asked if the 2 tables could be far from the front entrance and maybe against the wall. She said there was no guarantee. Our tables ended up to be directly behind the hostess table in the front with full visibility of the friends thus no surprise. What was worse was that when we checked in, the hostess found our name on the reservation list in the iPad, and loudly stated “party of 8?”!!! Ugh. I even had balloons delivered. So, after the hostess ruined the surprise, my husband quickly saw our friends from far away and that was it. There was no apology and the management did not care at all. I was very disappointed.

Took my wife for Valentine’s Day. We both really enjoyed it. The food was fantastic.
Not what I expected BUT Due to all the covid restrictions and precautions being takin during serving the meat /food to guests they did a good job. they could have been more organized and prepared the staff especially with Vday , maybe hired ADD’L help. We were always the last table to be serviced with the meat being cold and dry at times and always had to wave a server down to order more drinks . Overall it was a great place to enjoy with love ones .

Due to patio dining. Meats became cold quickly. All food became too cold too quickly. Not enough heaters. When I asked for the heater to be moved closer to me, my request went unanswered. Love Fogo but it not the same being outside.
I used to always go to Fogo pre pandemic. This was the first time I went during the pandemic. I felt other restaurants have used their parking lots for outdoor dining, but Fogo hasn’t decorated it well with lights, plants, etc. They could do a better job considering it’s a premium restaurant. Also, we didn’t have one dedicated server to our table. It is common that the gentleman that serve the meats change, but we should have one main server for our table. This wasn’t the case and they continuously changed and did not sync together for our requests. We had to ask multiple times for salads, water, etc. Everything came quite late. Also, some of the waiters didn’t have clean clothes. That said, generally everyone was welcoming and friendly. The food quality is great, as usual. And it’s an overall fun experience.
