Thanksgiving was super busy. I gave a 4 star only because the place was packed and it was very hard to hear conversations at our table. Another thing that was disappointing was a lot of servers, strolling meat people and even kitchen staff were not wearing mask appropriately. Why wear a mask if your nose is exposed or even your mouth and nose. Even the manager was not wearing his mask correctly 🤢

Thanksgiving with family. The Fogo staff made it special and enjoyable. Danni remembered all our favorite cuts and sides. She made us feel right at home. All of the servers were very attentive despite how busy it was Kristi, Matteo, and Rosemary worked well together to keep our glasses full and wisk away the dirty dishes as we feasted.

Bland. I’ve dined at other Fogo de Chao locations around the country and the food tasted much better.

The food was good, many options for all. The service was good but like everywhere short on servers so the table server was a bit overwhelmed. The only disappointment was with the salad bar, unlike most large city locations is was good but did not have the depth and luxury of others I have visited. Still all and all my favorite place to dine

I can summarize my most recent visit as "Extremely accommodating". We had a Sunday brunch reservation for 12:30. Upon being seated immediately, after noticing the complimentary warm muddled wine and apple cider, we were surprised to hear from our server that they didn't have iced tea available. We were offered still or sparkling water or hot tea. I asked if hot tea was available, could it be poured over ice? We were pleased to then be served multiple glasses of iced tea. When visiting the Market Table, we found the fruits to be in abundance, very fresh and juicy, although the cheeses were limited and some needing to be replenished, while the sweet and spicy bacon had not yet been prepared for Sunday brunch. I mentioned this to our server and fresh bacon, hot off he grill was delivered, along with two delicious servings of roasted pineapple. Beverages were refilled often, and we were checked on by multiple people, in addition to our server. It was a great repeat experience and highly recommended!

It’s not often I find a restaurant I immediately love. This place has it all. By far the best salad bar in town, fantastic drinks and perfectly cooked meats. A little pricey but well worth it. Fantastic and friendly wait staff. 10/10

My husband and I had been looking forward to havi g our anniversary dinner here, but now wish we had gone to Vernon's for the price we would have gotten mush better service, food and ambiance. Food de Chao is not a good place for a romantic date. Far too loud. It's difficult to hear your dinner companion as well as the staff. The salad bar was okay, but the meats were way too salty or had way too much garlic. We waited 15 min before they brought us any meat choices and then they kept bringing us only the lesser meats. Not once did we see a ribeye or felt mignon. Our waiter told us we could aks him to tell staff to bring us what we wanted but once the meat started coming to us, we didn't see him again until he brought us the check. We will be going back to Toscanos when we want Bazillion Steak.

So fun! The waitstaff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our server, Mateo, was accessible and loaded with information on the choices.

The meats were varied and perfectly seasoned and cooked. The cold chooses were so many I didn’t bother to go look.

Be ready for a great night of fun and food.

All was terrific. The only exception was that a server was wearing a bedazzled mesh face mask. It served no purpose. When mentioned, she was antagonistic and confrontational.

Great place for fish, sea bass was wonderful. Good cocktails and reasonably priced. Nice atmosphere, modern and cool. Next time will just order entrees since it’s too much variety with experience. Valet is nice too.

Service was fantastic. The food was not impressive. It seemed all they brought to our table was different variations of sirloin, no variety. Maybe an off night but i'm not willing to drop $60 to find out. I'll pay much less and go to Tucanos next time.

From the moment we arrived and used the vallet to the moment we walked out of the door, we were met with an exceptional amount of hospitality and care. The food was excellent and beverages were unique. One could make a meal alone at the market table, but clearly you go for the out of this world meat selection. The atmosphere is exciting and an army of hosts, servers and managers are prepared to meet all your dining needs. We had a pleasant time and an adventurous meal. Bring an emergency wheel chair, it's too easy to over indulge. Expect a high end price tag, but I promise, it's worth every penny.

My husband and I decided to try this new restaurant out for our 22 Wedding Anniversary. We absolutely loved it. My only complaint…not even really a complaint, but disappointment is that we didn’t get to try all the different meats. Next time we will just have to slow down and take our time there.. we still left full and very satisfied with our experience. The manager even gave a us free dessert for our anniversary. We will definitely return for another date night.

Honestly, pretty disappointed. We had to remind servers for water, missing drinks, and a missing dessert. Servers took plates when green was displayed and had to get bring another plate and fork. Even when remembered, service was slow. Sea bass was over cooked. I rarely complain but when the bill is $350 for 5 (which I expected)…I expect more than average service.

My husband wanted to come here for his birthday. My daughter and I had the salad bar and cauliflower steak. The salad bar is great and enough just by itself. The cauliflower steak was not cooked enough but the manager took care of us very well regarding this. If you order it ask for it to be fully cooked. Service was very good.

Fago de Chão seems like an ordinary restaurant where you might have a decent meal. Ours was more one of a fine dining experience. First, the food was excellent. I like meat toward the rare side and the staff remembered that - coming by quickly with the same offering, cooked to my liking. My wife had only the salad bar and it too was excellent with great offerings.
With all of that, you might think it was the highlight of our time there, but the service staff was exceptional! They came by often enough to check nothing was needed, but not often enough to be annoying. Jared Snyder came by a couple of times when it was clear we were stuffed - just to check on our meal and the service. Like the experience you would expect at a fine dining restaurant.

The food is fantastic, since I don’t eat red meat I ordered the sea bass and it was tasty and perfectly cooked!! And the meats my family ordered were excellent.
Outstanding and friendly service! Our server, Stephanie was very helpful with the wine and super attentive. Amanda and Chris were also great. Have to mention Elias and Lucas, very respectful and nice.
The wine prices are superb!
The ambiance, the music. It was a good night and for sure we’ll be back and recommend it to our friends

Was our first time there. Was a bit crowed and host staff seemed overwhelmed but still managed to help folks. We had a reservation but didn’t get seated until 720. We sat on side patio. Beautiful area has a heater and perfect weather. The wait staff was awesome and attentive and explained different unique items and also had some. Grilled pineapple sent to us. Great service with meat servers and was always available. Only thing is maybe cool the meet a bit more. Most was rare at best. Sitting a outside we avoided the Blaise and hustle of inside. This place is a nice getaway and would highly recommend

My waitress was very attentive and absolute gem, however, I found myself waiting on meat all night long. I had to continuously ask for certain cuts, and none of them came for at least 10-15 minutes. Everyone was friendly and nice, that wasn’t the issue. Usually I have to turn the Gaucho’s away because of an abundance of meat, however yesterday was about as opposite of that as it could be.

This is a gem in the somewhat challenging Albuquerque labyrinth of restaurants. There is improvement to be made on meat temperature. A LOT of well-done meat brought by gauchos when medium-rare was repeatedly requested. Great staff. Wonderful attitudes.

Been here three times now since the Albuquerque location opened. I love the ambiance, the meat, and most importantly the service!

We are a party of ten today and had an astounding service celebrating my sister's birthday! The meat eaters got the Churrasco Experience and was definitely worth the price! Note that their menu's price on their website is different than what we paid for ($4 difference).
We also got the tomahawk steak (all of our three visits) and I highly recommend it if you do not mind splurging. It takes 30 minutes or so to cook so make sure to order it as soon as you're seated.

My grandma got the pan-seared salmon and loves it! It is also a huge portion so she got to take half home.
As for desserts, we have tried the NY cheesecake, chocolate brigadeiro, and lava cake. I am not a fan of the cheesecake but I enjoyed the brigadeiro and lava cake.

Another thing to note, Fogo De Chao has a tip-pool sharing system according to Google which I just found out driving home. I wish I knew this before paying. I do hope our server shared the 27% cash tip we handed to him.

Overall, will definitely recommend Fogo De Chao!!! Just make sure to make a reservation as it can get crowded in the weekends or dinners.

3rd time to this location and we decided to sit outside. Usually sitting outside gets you a different experience than inside, slower and this wasn’t any different, but we were hopeful it would be. For some reason the manager was in our area outside and came to our table to ask how things were. Usually I don’t say anything but for $55 a person, I did. He was very understanding and asked what we wanted to see come out to our table that we haven’t seen yet. Shortly after I mentioned to him the service out here is a lot slower and different than dining inside, almost immediately we started to see more staff outside making rounds to everyone’s tables with meats, topping off drinks, etc. I’m writing this to highlight the manager working that night (Saturday 10/23) to compliment him on listening to customers feedback and more importantly, taking immediate action to where we could see a change minutes after our feedback was given. We ended up getting a good food portion and left happy. The only thing we also noticed is some random weird lady kept waking to the outside dining are where we sat and was bugging people while they were trying to eat. I also wanted to call out another employee, a waitress who spoke up to that lady and asked her to stop bothering people who are trying to enjoy their dinner.

My rating reflects tonight’s visit, overall I will return because of this experience.

Since we both don’t eat large amounts we ordered just the two different sirloins. The salad bar was overall good but several empty spots which is minor. The cocktails were good but who was actually our server was very disorganized. In over an hour they only came by once with the meat we ordered and we did ask server to have them come by twice with no effect. The noise made it hard to talk to each other or understand the server. We have done other Brazilian steakhouses and this was not good. It will be unlikely we will return
