    We were confused about how to order when we first arrived - and further confused after we ordered. They the servers kept trying to tell us to order "the full experience". So when our food started arriving we realized that it was a buffet! and side dishes also came to our table. (a word about the table, the table was so small that plates kept almost falling off). My husband had ordered the meats which were delivered by servers who sliced thin pieces of meat onto his plates. He did not enjoy the fatty cuts of pork, lamb, beef, ribs. All he really wanted was filet mignon which he did not get. I was not in the mood for meat so I opted for the Chilled Seafood appetizer. The giant serving bowl full of ice took up more than 1/2 of the table and it consisted of two cold water lobster claws, one split lobster tail and four jumbo shrimp. Served with drawn butter. Really? Cold seafood served with hot butter? The shrimp were ok, but the rest was tough, rubbery, tasteless and inedible. We left feeling ripped-off and knowing we'd never return.

    This was our first-time visiting Fogo de Chao. Dining was quiet, so we used our normal speaking tones when talking to each (didn't have to yell because of noise). The food was wonderful, especially the constant tableside supply of meats. AND CHEESE!! We left satisfied. It is indeed fine dining.

    Place was mostly empty. Salad bar was out of most items or it looked like the stuff was there for days. The servers were stoned and laughed at questions. Food was barely edible and the bill for 3 ppl was mid $200s. This branch was not run well

    Food was ok for what we had ..The rotation of the meats was not consistent at all.. we didnt get to try all then option that was presented even after asking. One server act like he had an attitude or it was such a daunting task to get one one of the items he was carrying. Not to mention the same server came to the table in front of us.. walked all the way around and for the table behind us despite our marker was flipped to receive .. I didn’t kno who our server was when we asked for help just kept getting this person will get you or that person would get u.. nobody really checked on us when it came to refills and etc untill late in our meal..to top it off it took about 25 min to get our check with the same response “ this person will get your check or that person will bring it” after asking 3-4 time I finally had to get up literally stop someone to get my check. Service was just poor for the price i expected it to be better than what it was. Paid 60 p/p but didn’t get All the meats I have been to fogos before but this was the worse experience. Travel from El Paso for this and probably will not do it again.

    Fogo is easily one of my favorite places to dine. The food is always spectacular and the service has always been fantastic. Pricing is a little on the high end given the amount of food I actually eat with their "all you can eat" full experience but since this is mostly a special occasion restaurant I take that into account. All in all, I have no qualms about recommending it for a nice evening out with family / friends.

    We were there celebrating a birthday for my granddaughter and I have to say they really went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed and were taken care of.     Kind of expensive so we don't dine here often. Large variety of salads, side dishes. Meat rotation of about 5 or 6 types of meat then it begins again. Many servers coming around asking if they can get us anything. We're still wary of COVID so I requested a window table, which are located somewhat away from the crowded, main dining area. When we arrived, we were told we'd have to wait 30+ minutes till we could be seated in my requested area, despite our reservation, despite the main dining area being almost full. IMO, it didn't seem like an unreasonable request. We may consider that in future.

    I don’t have enough great things to say about this restaurant. Dolores, JT, and Richard gave us the full experience indeed. These staff members have became more than just employees at a restaurant to me, they’ve became friends. I will be back! 7,398/10 would recommend.

    Hit or miss type of visit again. Starts out observing some improvements being made then fizzles out during the mid point of your dining experience (e.g. prompt service once seated then slowly degrades as you further dine with fewer wait staff and meat servers that leaves you with less meats to eat and wait for. I can clearly see and understand what other diners have been complaining about in their individual experiences. Perhaps, this probably explains why previous diner reviews on Open Table and Google are not returning and us noticing a half full restaurant of patrons on what would have been busy for a Friday evening. One plus note, much improved hostess experience. Thank You!

    First time dining here, it was really good! We went for my sons B-day, belated B-day. Everything was so good, the salad bar, the meat! We didn't have dessert, we stuffed! The atmosphere was great, not loud talking, and we were very relaxed! I'd recommend this restaurant, and definitely going back! Thank you for making this an enjoyable experience.

    Fathers Day! Wasn’t the best experience .Not the best experience for the price we paid . The meat was either too raw or too burn and the bar was out of things . The blender was broken and they couldn’t make frozen drinks. There was a waiters that had a beard , he was loud and running with the meat and making jokes while he had the meats and a knife in his hands and he didn’t cover his mouth while talking all over the meat he was serving. His shirt was dirty and with holes .He was one of the Gauchos . I recommend the owner of this restaurant to look at the website of the best Brazilian restaurant in San Antonio, Tx. Is very classy , clean, and the service of this place is amazing you feel like a king or a queen for the same price you are charging. The place is call Gama Gaucha. Fogo de Chao ,felt more like a Denny’s.

    Salad bar wasn’t stocked or marked what was what. Service was marginal I had water to drink and it was empty before having to ask for more. For $60. a person I would expect more! They tried to fill us up on chicken and sausage before coming out with meat. So sad for a Father’s Day dinner!

    Very bad service. We’re visiting from Texas and have been to several Fogo locations back home and never had a negative experience until this, waitresses had a bad attitude and meat hardly came around and when it did, the meat was extremely rare cooked. Took about 30 min just to get our drinks and starter sides and bread came out as we finished eating. Not sure if this is the norm in New Mexico, but not acceptable when you pay premium.

    Loved the food and service. Disappointed that when booking the pricing of brunch was advertised and then upon arrival signs on the doors indicated dinner pricing. It was a shock to see that given the advertisement for fathers day including brunch 11-1. Though we loved it, we did feel a little slighted.

    Unfortunately the food was not as expected. The different beef skewers were very tough and chewy. The staff stopped bringing any food around once some of our party of 8 stopped eating. I had to ask multiple staff members to find me some food. It was the first time I ever left an "all you can eat" establishment wanting more. Very disappointed paying $437 for lunch W/O any alcohol and not leaving full. Will not be returning. :(

    We did the wine dinner experience and at first we were highly disappointed. We were seated in the middle but all of the servers seemed to go around us and ignore our presence. Everyone around us seemed to be getting excellent service but for some reason we were invisible. Finally a very nice gentleman came over and helped us. The experience did get better and the food and wine were delicious. The woman from Justin Vinyard was absolutely lovely and I am very appreciative of the one server who did finally realize that we were being ignored, not given plates, food, etc. he made the night much better and I wished I had gotten his name.
