We went to dinner for an anniversary dinner celebration. Our waiter Raheem was amazing and so was all the staff that helped us. My only issue was that it took an hour to get our appetizer of a seafood tower and our table was crammed against another large top so there was very little space for the servers to get through. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

The floor was really dirty food was everywhere. The server was coughing while talking to us and grabbed our glass with the same hand she used to cover her mouth. We did not want to drink anything after that.I've heard great things wish I got to experience this.

Fogo has provided an amazing dining experience again. The market table was well stocked, all the cuts were cooked to perfection, and we received every specialty cut requested. After about 12 rotations, Gaucho Chris™️ comes out with a skewer of filet mignon. He loaded our plates up knowing he was going to put us to sleep. Chris always takes of us every time and will seek us out in the crowded dining room just to say hi. That’s a big deal… see you all next week!

Fogo De Chao was fine for a special occasion just for the experience....but....in the end....too expensive for what you get. The food surely was "good", and the collection of all the different meats plus salad bar was lovely and fun....but no single item was above and beyond or left any lasting impression. There are other churrasco restaurants out there and although, by all means, Fogo is the "better" one in my city, the price just renders it not worth having any crazy desire to go back outside of some rare special occasion for a classy evening. The service was by all means impeccable and I give credit for that. If that's what you want to pay for, great. I can't say anything about the food or dining experience was bad or negative. Lovely restaurant, fine food, fantastic service. Just not all it's cracked up to be. Simply overpriced for this market.

We had a 7:15 reservation for Thanksgiving. We were a party of three adults and a child. We arrived and had to wait 45 minutes to be seated. This, despite the reservations. We had already had a big thanksgiving dinner and were really just interested in the Market Table offerings. So the three adults ordered the Market Table. The child, however, wanted linguisa sausage, so we bought him the whole experience with Gaucho meats. At my request, we were seated in the back of the restaurant where I can hear better. That came at a cost—our beverages were not refilled even one time. When the bill arrived we had been charged for the full experience for all four diners. My wife pointed out the mistake but was told that “several servers” had seen us eating meats. That was a bald-faced lie. A manager adjusted the bill but reiterated the line that several gauchos had seen all the adults eating meat. When my wife asked the waitress to apologize for accusing us of stealing she doubled down and indignantly said, “Why would I do that? Many people saw you all eating meats.” I am outraged and will never eat here again. To be unable to honor reservations, and then to accuse us of stealing is beyond the pale. It was a very unpleasant way to end our Thanksgiving.

I had a 7pm reservation and by the time I was seated, it was 7:45. People in front of me said they had been waiting an hour before they were seated. It appeared as if the restaurant had double booked their reservations. It got to the point where there were so many people waiting in line that the front desk woman yelled as loud as she could that we all had to move outside because we were creating a fire hazard. It was freezing cold outside. Luckily I had a jacket on but there were several customers who did not. The salad bar was plentiful and the selection was good. However, I wanted to have only the lamb and I must have told six or seven of the waiters that I was waiting for lamb. I waited about 35 minutes for someone to come by with the lamb. It was cooked to perfection and very tasty. I must applaud the efforts of one of your servers, Brennan, who put a fire under someone to get the lamb served to me, finally. I had also asked for a second glass of Pinot Grigio and I waited about 30 minutes for that as well. Even though I continued to ask three different servers, and they all promised to get it delivered, my request was basically ignored. I felt sorry for these wait staff people. They were trying their best, but somehow the restaurant decided to be greedy and to overbook the seatings. The music was loud and people were having to shout over it and one another in order to be heard. Not a very pleasant way to spend Thanksgiving.

The food was fantastic!! It was REALLY busy because it was thanksgiving, but the staff was always available and they had enough staff for all the people. It was a little loud but again, thanksgiving. It was also my birthday, so I got a free desert. Wow it was good! (Chocolate mousse pie with cookie crust and chocolate ganache poured over it). I would recommend Fogo de Chao - great food and great service!

Our first experience at this restaurant. It was very crowded and loud because of the holiday. The food bar had a lot of empty bowls and platters but they were trying to keep up with the crowd. The meat that was passed around was very good with the exception of a few items. The server was not familiar with whether or not their meat/food was gluten free causing me to have a mild reaction to some of the food. Overall, the food was good and very plentiful.

Our server, Brennan, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Service was quick and friendly. We got the Churrasco experience - which includes everything at the salad bar (not just salad!) and continuous meats carved at your table. Everyone was very attentive! The food was delicious! Everything was so tasty! The meats were fantastic and the service was top notch. Thanks so much for a great experience. Neither of us had been there before and were quite pleased!

The food was great at the salad bar, the dressing and yams were there also but no Turkey, on Thanksgiving day, the servers doing "rounds" of meats were very fast so much so...my food got cold before I could eat it. I noticed many servers giving water refills, but I was never offered a refill of iced tea. All in all for the price I was disappointed. The pricing in the FB ad for Fogo de Chao was estimated to be $30 per person, the price was never quoted in the holiday advertisement. I understand it was a holiday and prices do go up as well, but $158 was steep for the 12 pm time of my reservation and it should have been mentioned in the ad.

The food had been out for a while. The beef was very fatty, potatoes cold, everything needed salt. We were in the restaurant for 45 minutes, and the last 25 were waiting for our check. The Parmesan pork and New York stop were the only cuts of meet that were good. Tucanos is way better.

The food was good except one of the meats they brought to us first, it was tough. But the rest was tender. The grilled pineapple was awesome. Everyone was nice, the womans bathroom was kind of dirty though. the sink and stalls needed cleaning. But I do recommend this place. Oh and we didn't even get to try all of the meats that they bring around. No pork or sausage or beef ribs.

The service was horrible. Our waiter took our order then never returned I waited 20 minutes for one glass of wine. I asked for a second glass and never revived it. My boyfriend asked for a refill on his soda and didn’t receive it until we had already paid our tab and we’re ready to walk out the door.

I wanted to make sure and give this review as I had in the past given a negative review. To put it bluntly we had 6 star treatment. Richard our waiter was exceptional, the rest of the staff including Jared the manager were phenomenal. The food was amazing and staff was incredibly attentive. I am so happy that any issues in the past were remedied as this is one of my favorite restaurants. Thank you for making the celebration of my parents 48th wedding anniversary and celebration for Veterans Day so amazing.

Overall the dining experience is great. You can get a variety of appetizers/sides from the fresh food bar. The meat servers are constantly coming around. The serving sizes are perfect. Our individual waitress was lacking. To be fair it was busy but we felt forgotten when asking for drink refills. The bar manager was able to address it on the spot and took good care of us.

Terrible experience. Two for dinner. DEFINITELY not a date night. We were wedged between a 21 top and a 12 top. 3 separate 2 tops in a row. Two large men at the first one so waiters had hard time squeezing by with both mens backs to the larger tables. They ordered the Kobe steaks so they had an actual waiter. The other two top next to us was also in the same predicament. A few of the waiters would venture to us but usually we were getting what leftover they had from the larger table. We got sirloin 1 small piece of cheese more sirloin. So $60 for a piece of cheese and some sirloin was definitely not worth it. The couple next to us went to counter mad as no one would come to give us bill. We waited at table for 35 minutes just to not want to pay for a horrible dinner. Have been to 2 other brazil steakhouses and another fogo and none of them were this horrible. The curtain dividers from rooms are hanging down and we had a dirty table cloth with 1 dirty wine glass on the table we were sat at. I don't even want to give one star. They are not new anymore but it sure seemed like they had no idea what was going on from the moment we walked in. Managers need to go back to training as they obviously had no control over the entire restaurant. POOR !

We decided to try it for Veterans Day. The food was spectacular. Brazilian lemonade is a must, very refreshing. The service was not the best. My husband and I picked up the bill and my in-laws left the tip. On Monday I decided to check my bank account to see what had cleared. I noticed that the charge was different than what i signed for. I called the restaurant right away to clear things up. The gentleman who answered took down my information, looked into it and called me back. He said that it was the tip. I mentioned that i had left a cash tip and all he had to say was oh let me refund this for you then. I asked him, so what you’re saying is that the cashier decided to add a $70 tip on top of the cash that my mother in law left? Yes ma’am. Then immediately changed it to no ma’am, I don’t think it was done intentionally. I’m sure it was an accident. Is that all? Then said my refund would reflect in 3-5 days. Im very disappointed with the way it was resolved and angry that someone would think I wouldn’t notice a $70 tip added to the balance. Not sure I’ll be visiting again.

We had a reservation and were told that it would be 20 to 30 minutes before we were seated. We chose to sit at the bar. We were not handed menus for 15 minutes and finally told the bar keeper that we were just gonna do the salad bar. The salad bar is an option on weekdays for $18. We only received the salad bar. We were not offered any brunch items. When we got the bill, we were charged $35 per person because what we got was brunch. We weren’t offered the omelettes, the waffles, the sausage, nothing. But yet we were charged as if it was the Brunch. We went back to discuss this with the manager. I told the manager that we wanted to be charged the $18 for the salad bar only for the above reasons. He said this time he could do it. I told him that’s great because there won’t be a next time.

I had a reservation for my birthday for 7:30pm that I scheduled a week prior. We didn’t get to get our “reserved” seats until 8:30. Our 1st server was terrible, he barely checked up on us and did not put in our whole food order so a couple of the guest didn’t eat. (Some guest were vegan so they got dishes that were meant to be cooked in the back). The 2nd server we got, got thrown into a fire that he did not start but he did the best he could to fix what he didn’t do. We asked to speak to a manager but he did not show up. WORST service I’ve ever had after hyping up the place and sure enough it had to be so crappy on my birthday. We got there at 7:30 and stayed up 10:45.

I am sad to say that after 30 minutes the chilled seafood tower ($109) was the start of a very disappointing experience - i know now not to ever order that - i guess the lobster was the main expense but was not impressed with it for the price - from there we decided to order a la carte - which seemed to cause more confusion - after ordering the Chilean Sea Bass and waiting 30 more minutes - a salmon dish arrived - our server was very polite and apologized and went to check on our order - so we at least had a dish to eat while an hour had passed. Finally the Sea Bass (really $48 grouper fish) arrived and it was prepared well and we enjoyed it. Topped off with an Acai Cheesecake and a final bill of $212. There was a wine tasting event going on in the bar - but overall the wait staff seemed stressed and overwhelmed. For the price and value - not a returning customer for a while.
