Service was poor, we were seated at a wobbly broken table. The focaccia was dry and grilled. The burrata salad had heirloom tomatoes, half of them were mealy. The boar ragu was dry and not balanced, too much pasta for too little sauce. The lasagna was overcooked and in a sauce that tasted like tomato soup out of the can. The flavors and textures were all off. This is not authentic Italian. Very sad that we wasted our dinner here. The cheesecake was gritty, but the Bischoff crust was delicious. Do not go here.

Booked evening meal at Florentina as very convenient for our overnight stay in Park Plaza. Really delicious Calamari Fritti followed by chicken Romana with Parmesan frites. The chicken was superbly cooked - moist meat + light fluffy/crispy batter with stalk of roasted vine tomatoes + rocket lettuce. The serving staff were excellent + happy to serve with a smile. We chose a table near serving hatch so observed the chef + his team doing a great job.
