Nice environment and light. Delicious pizza and Lasagne but very poor the salad Roka and parmessan. It was a very small plate with 3-4 flakes of cheese !!!

Incredible food. Lousy service. Waitress forgot to put through one of our mains. Miserable waitress who clearly doesn’t want to be there. Noisy chairs scraping on the floor. Shame as I feel the service staff detract from a clearly talented kitchen team. Pistachio Tiramisu was the best I have ever tasted.

Food was overpriced and fair (sea bream) to poor (pizza, burger and fish). White wine warm!!! A requestcwas made to chill the wine but it still came back warm. Service was mediocre. I would not recommend eating here again. Suggestions: lower prices to reasonable levels, check wine is served at the correct temperature. Check the fish batter is not overcooked and too thick.

Service was poor, we were seated at a wobbly broken table. The focaccia was dry and grilled. The burrata salad had heirloom tomatoes, half of them were mealy. The boar ragu was dry and not balanced, too much pasta for too little sauce. The lasagna was overcooked and in a sauce that tasted like tomato soup out of the can. The flavors and textures were all off. This is not authentic Italian. Very sad that we wasted our dinner here. The cheesecake was gritty, but the Bischoff crust was delicious. Do not go here.

Booked evening meal at Florentina as very convenient for our overnight stay in Park Plaza. Really delicious Calamari Fritti followed by chicken Romana with Parmesan frites. The chicken was superbly cooked - moist meat + light fluffy/crispy batter with stalk of roasted vine tomatoes + rocket lettuce. The serving staff were excellent + happy to serve with a smile. We chose a table near serving hatch so observed the chef + his team doing a great job.
