Lively place with a great ambiance, good food but small portions and the food took a little while. Great bar and the live music was a plus!
The bar area is lovely, the restaurant is nice. The space feels large. Food was good - spicy, in fairness though we only had appetizers as the menu is small and we didn't see entrées we wanted. Live music was really nice. Great that they offer valet parking so we didn't have to find lot or street parking in Ybor. I would go back.
Food and Service were excellent. Ambience down a notch as a large wedding party needed to go through the main restaurant in order to get to group reception hall.
The minute i walk in i was Amazed. My Valet driver, host, and waiter. They all provided wonderful service. The environment is inviting, romantic, and enjoyable. I recommend trying the chef special. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

Food and drinks (especially) are very overpriced for what you get. Atmosphere was nice and service was good. But unfortunately unless you’re ready to spend a lot of money for subpar food and drinks I’d pass.
Brunch here was delicious. Service was fabulous and the atmosphere is amazing. Very aesthetically pleasing inside.

The restaurant is smart and knows to not have your table available upon arrival. They guide you to their cocktail area and “suggest” drinks. Brilliant. It’s a great way to get some pricey drinks in before your meal. Also, they twice replaced an item that I ordered with another drink item and dessert when they weren’t available. The server didn’t give me a choice to make a different decision but arrived at the table with a different rum offering when the one I ordered wasn’t available. The same thing happened with the dessert. The flan was not available so they arrived at the table with chocolate cake. What if I was allergic? I think it’s brilliant how they encourage you to keep spending money. But I will always prefer to be given the choice to order on my own. Food was delicious.
The Ceviche Sampler was a waste of money. Small portions for$68. If I only had this I would not return. However dinner vastly improved. Instead get the octopus tostada. The grouper was excellent and the chicken was moist and tasty (they should give more of the smoked green onion-at first I was thinking it was a garnish but it made the dish). The niocchi was out of this world. The best part was the cheesecake. It was better than 3 Michelin star restaurant desserts.

The cocktail program is very good and the tomahawk ribeye is memorable.
Shereece and josh were amazing- we returned the next day. Absolutely recommend trying this place. Everything we tried was awesome and the ceviche sample is AWESOME!!!

A fabulous addition to the Tampa dining scene. Chef Douglas Rodriguez and team are creating absolutely delicious Nuevo Latino cuisine. Don’t miss the giant Tomahawk Ribeye steak or the ceviche sample platter! The craft cocktail bar program is very impressive, and the lounge features local musicians on Friday & Saturday nights. Flor Fina and Hotel Haya are a long overdue and most welcome injection of style, quality, and class into Ybor City. Their presence and hospitality are the harbingers of great change.
Exciting and beautiful restaurant makes Ybor a go-to spot for me once again. Went on a super busy Saturday night and staff was woorking hard to keep up. Loved most things about it - but food was a little disappointing. Not a lot of non-meat,non-pasta options. And tiramisu and rum flan just didn't hit the mark. But will go back to try other things. Loved the live music.

Our reservations were at 8:30, we arrived at 8:33. We were finally seated at 9:25. We ordered immediately, dinner arrived at 10:10. We finished after 11PM.
They were grossly overbooked. Food was good, not great. Drinks were good.

Daniel’s guitar is amazing and just brought the European feeling- our favorite Spanish music. We did recommend to have Daniel play earlier, we would definitely make this our Friday night place. We will be back soon for your suckling pig dinner for four, we are looking forward to another wonderful night.

Amazing experience with flavorful foods and cocktails! We went to Flor Fina for my fiancé’s Birthday and such a great time here. Hostess was accommodating as we did not want to be near the live music so she seated us in a closed off area so we could enjoy a nice date night. We cannot wait to go back and try other items on the menu!
This was our second visit and once again we were thrilled with the entire evening. Chef Douglas out did himself!!!! His ceviche is the best we have ever had!!! Also try his fresh made sausage, outstanding!

Reservation for 4 was ready on time. Service was exceptional. Drink menu has some really unique and tasty options. Waiter helped us to really understand the menu which helped choose meals we wouldn’t normally have chosen. All in all, wonderful experience for my hubby’s birthday.

Eric, our waiter was great! Service was great. Food was good, I had a tappa and salad. I found it a bit pricey, may be because of drinks. I spent over $90 for one person.

bad experience and expensive for what it was . We had a reservation and once arrived we had to wait . When ordered , the waiter did not bring the correct order . Flor Fina , never again !!!!
Christmas dinner was delicious (we had the mezzo platter to start and the porchetta and linguine with clams) cocktails were amazing (had the warrior 2 and pain killer, yum) ambiance was perfect with the added live music and service was excellent!
