   Truly one of the worst steaks I have every been served in a restaurant. It was poorly fabricated so that one end was thiner then the other which meant one end of the ribeye was way over cooked and the other was okay. To make it worse the meat was tough and very chewy. I order the USDA prime. I won't be going back to Flemings too many other good steak house to enjoy.

   Patio dining is perfect - so quiet, and we are often the only ones out there so it’s like having a private dining room!

   Disappointing Service Despite Good Food – Not What I Expected from Fleming’s Came here for Tomahawk Tuesday to celebrate a special occasion. Booking was easy, but we still had to wait 15 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. The restaurant was packed, and the noise level was overwhelming—felt more like a busy market than a fine dining experience. It was so loud, I had to raise my voice just to hold a conversation, and the music was barely audible. The one bright spot early on was the bartender offering us complimentary wine while we waited—honestly the nicest gesture of the night. Once seated, I placed my order right away since I had time to review the menu during the wait. Unfortunately, our server went MIA for most of the meal. I had to ask the busboy to find another server just so I could place an additional order. Water and a drink that were promised never showed up. It took over 20 minutes just to get a Coke—after bread and starters had already arrived. Dessert took forever as well, with our server repeatedly telling us how busy they were. By the time it arrived, I wasn’t even in the mood to eat it and asked to have it packed. Instead of helping, the server just handed me a box and disappeared—again. I honestly expected more from a place like Fleming’s. With service this poor, Denny’s might have been a better experience. For the price and reputation, this fell far short.

   Very busy since it was mother's day. Food is good but my ribeye was a little tough and taste was only good. Main problem was server was so busy we always were looking for someone to refill are water. Our server was missing alot. They also forgot our butter for the lobster and sauce for the ribeye. Just so busy I guess , they just were forgetting things and hard to get our server.

   My family had a wonderful experience from check-in all the way to dessert for mother’s day. Excellent service with attentive and kind waitstaff, welcoming host(esse)s, and a memorable dining experience. It was a meal to remember.

    Flemings has become a tradition for my Moher and I on Mother's day. This was our first time at the Santa Clara location and we had an enjoyable time. My mom had some concern about her food and the manager was prompt and very nice and answered all her questions thoroughly. Our server was very kind and did an amazing job navigating such a busy holiday. I wish I remembered both the manager and the servers but I do not at this time. Regardless, I will be back! Thank you for helping celebrate my mom!
