    The Tuesday tomahawk deal is amazing here at Flemings. You get so much food and get to valet at the Westin. Well at least I did. Now the service was good at the start and once I got my food but seems like my waiter went on break because after that I didn't see him until it was time for the bill. Has to ask a bus boy for another drink.

    We love a good steakhouse and cost is irrelevant, our experience wasn’t the greatest & the quality of our steak wast the beat. We gave this spot a chance, as we decided last minute to go out for a nice steak. Steak was supposed to be 34oz tomahawk medium well, it was about half that and over cooked. Shareable Mushrooms & mashed potatoes really equate to one serving not two. Food was cold, almost like they forgot about it. We did have to wait quite some time for our food & our waiter was sweet, however MIA the entire time & also they had no iced tea. Ambiance was a little loud and crammed.

    Service started strong before the restaurant got busy. But to no fault of our server, seemed liked everyone came at once. The food is where this place falls short It’s not terrible but for the price, it should be better

    Bartender was our server and she was great but her helpers were not great. Asked to have a patio heater turned on and they tried for all of ten seconds and gave up when there were at least 10 heaters on the patio and we were the only table outside eating. Asked for ranch dressing for the onion rings and they never brought it.

    We celebrated Father’s Day and a Birthday here together and had a wonderful experience. Our server, David, was very attentive, fun and welcoming. The atmosphere was calming and very lovely ! Although my steak was slightly overcooked, David and Rob, the manager, quickly found a resolution. Their problem solving skills and respectable service was impressive. The remainder of our meal including my dad’s was amazing and made with love. Thanks for a memorable night !

    We arrived 6:35 and requested if we can be seated earlier because we left Disneyland earlier to make sure we weren’t late so instead we got there early. However the answered was no they can’t. We had a 7:15 reservation. At 7:19 we were told our table is getting ready. It was 7:24 when we were called. I know it’s not much of a wait if I started at 7:15 but unfortunately we checked in at 6:35. 1 more minute and we were ready to walk out. Originally I made reservations at El Segundo, our favorite location but we were at Disneyland so I changed it. We are spoiled at El Segundo. Big difference. They are always very accommodating and know how to give excellent customer service.

    Food was delicious and our waiter provided excellent service with continuous checking in and even providing the kids with extra dessert as they could not decide. The door seating was pleasant and we didn’t not wait long to be seated with our reservations. However, we didn’t wait quite a while to get our entrees after the order was put in, likely due to a busy Father’s Day. But overall good experience
