Our passion is to serve highly flavored food with the highest quality service possible. We use natural cooking techniques to give our food exceptional flavor and taste.

Starters such as our Tableside Guacamole is made tableside using a traditional Molcajete and the freshest ingredients possible. It is truly amazing.

If a great steak is your weakness, you’ll love our steaks. We grill our steaks over an open flame and only use Certified Angus Beef that’s 30 day aged and hand cut on premises. You will not find a better steak for the money and our market Fresh Seafood is delivered daily.

Don’t forget FlameStone houses a stunning full liquor bar, a 150 Bottle Wine List and offers 35 of them by the glass. So pairing your favorite entrée with your favorite Hand Crafted Cocktail, Martini or Glass of Wine will not be a problem.

    Outstanding food from appetizers to dessert. Service was great Kali was our server. Just did a great job. We'll be going back. Everything was better than the three other times we went in the past.

    As always, Flamestone is consistently delicious. We were a party of 4 and had the tuna tower, crab cakes, Flamestone salads, and 2 had the Grouper scampi. Everyone loved their food. Our server was fabulous. Flamestone is always our go-to when we want a relaxing dinner with friends and family.

    Never a bad experience and underrated. Trinity’s best kept secret for a great meal and excellent service. Unlike most restaurants, excellent wine offerings.

    First time eating at FlameStone in Trinity , didn’t feel that the ambience or food was as good as the Flamestone in Oldsmar

    We took our daughter and our new grandbaby out to this restaurant and had an amazing experience! The hostess offered us a sling for the baby car seat and our waitress. Victoria was absolutely incredible! Her personality was genuine and her knowledge of the menu was spot on. We absolutely love this restaurant, the food was all beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious as well. We definitely will be back and of course we will ask for Victoria!
