Fishworks - Swallow Street is an absolute essential for seafood lovers. The restaurant offers a traditional wet fish counter where you can buy fish to take home and cook yourself, or you can select any fish or crustacean with our fishmonger and have it cooked there and then to your liking.

This chic stylish restaurant is only minutes away from the bustle of Piccadilly hidden away in an exclusive street. The whole restaurant opens its glass window façade doors creating a fantastic atmosphere great for corporate dining and enjoying a pre-theatre meal before hitting the West End.

Overall very good. Minor comments : Mussels were rather small and shrivelled otherwise starter was excellent . Monkfish portion on small size . Sea bass a little pricey for farmed I thought

Food lovely, but not quite 5 star fishworks usually is. It’s an affordable option after/before an expensive day though I do suggest taking a walk to the Covent Garden one instead. If that’s not an option then just spend the extra money and go to Bentleys or Hawksmoor (yes the skeakhouse does fish and it’s fantastic)

Warm welcome and great service from a very pleasant member of staff. Food was good and we had a very nice Sancerre. Dessert - apple and raspberry crumble - was delicious.

Great restaurant with excellent range of seafood - everything we had was very well prepared and very tasty. Service was fantastic too.

Second visit to Fishworks and every bit as memorable as the first. The Dover Sole was cooked to absolute perfection. The atmosphere was wonderfully relaxing, and once again, Kat delivered exceptional, and oh, soo charming service — seemingly running the whole show with just one other person behind the bar. Fishworks is our new favourite in London!

Venue was very quiet at 6pm Mon eve. Service was excellent with Damian making us feel well looked after. Pricey but worth the experience.

Always fresh fish beautifully prepared. Lovely oysters, great tuna carpaccio, delicious scallops. Very friendly and attentive service. But it was completely empty (three table or so apart from us) which made it feel too quiet. Otherwise highly recommend.

This restaurant has been refurbished recently and .sadly, the large open fish counter has been substantially reduced spoiling a major feature of the business. In spite of this and the number of new staff, the quality of the food and service remains excellent. This venue is great for lunch and dinner and is a favourite of ours.
