   The menu lists the option of "two sides" and options to choose from, but when we ordered, the waiter told us we could only get mashed potatoes and vegetables. The mashed potatoes tasted like they came from a box (HORRIBLE) and the vegetables weren't even cooked. Considering the price, and half the meal not even being what I'd want, I would NOT go back here again.

   We went for dinner and the food was really good. I ordered The hole fish and my partner the surf and turf and it was delicious, the steak was on point. We ordered some appetizers and within mo more than 10- 15 minutes after the appetizer were finished the mains were served. The place was not busy but I got to tell we enjoyed even if they didn’t have entertainment. The server was great and very attentive.

   Bad service. Food ordinary. Started with spoiled milk for the kids . Had no more milk to offer. Food over priced. Waitress charged a trip without telling us. We would have double tipped if a friend hadn't noticed. The entertainment was very good. I would not recommend this restaurant.

    First sat inside. Band was so loud you couldn’t hear yourself think. Moved outside. Sat at a table with a large whole pinched in it and no salt and pepper. Finally ordered. Took another 20 minutes. Food was ok but no tartar sauce. Had to ask 3 times for it. Had to ask twice for salt and pepper. Never offered drink refills. Lousy service. OK at best food but pretty pricey. We won’t be back. Too many other seafood restaurants in time

    The food was very good; unfortunately the service did not match the food; slow, missed filling the waters, etc. Just inattentive when it was not even busy. Also the location on Hwy 41 leaves a bit to be desired - lots of car noise.

    Worst food I have had in a long time. For the bread basket they served hamburger rolls. The lobster was so tough you could hardly cut it. I hate to write any bad review but this restaurant was a big disappointment,

    limited on sides, server was pleasant, but rushed us to order. Fish was good, fish and chips not so much. Probably won't be back for awhile. Left my white wrap there and no-one called or came after me in the parking lot to bring it back.

    Party of 3. 2 orders of Seafood Paella and 1 order of Mahi Mahi. Waited approx 30 minutes for drinks. The 2 orders of Paella arrived after 1 hour and were quite small compared to ordering in previous visits. I was told the Mahi would be right out. We ordered another round of drinks and waited another 1/2 hour which we never received, My dinner did not arrive either. We finally were able to flag down our server. At this point we asked for the check and the owner informed our server my dinner was ready I did not want my meal as it was over 2 hours and everyone else had finished their dinner. During our wait 2 tables got up and left as they were never even served. We paid our bill and left. There are plenty of restaurants in Naples so we obviously will not be back. They need to focus on either being a nightclub or a restaurant.

    Very nice experience. The waitress was very kind and knowledgable and we loved our crabcakes and theSweet potato fries. MahiMahi was heavily over-salted and we could not eat it. They took it off our bill when we mentioned it. We will come back.

    After waiting 20 minutes for someone to take a drink order(Asking hostess twice) we then waited 15 minutes for drinks. Ordered then and waited 25 minutes for food. Went to bar for 2nd round-no service. 3 meals came out-all were cold. My JUMBO shrimp were as the name implies-shrimp! (Frozen minis from Publix!); the baked Haddock came out cold and fried. My wife and I both had Caesar Salad, mine came with a cup of dressing-not Caesar, hers came with the same dressing mixed-again, not Caesar! Called the Mgr. Some poor harried guy came out and did not want to hear our problems! (We were not the only one's complaining. Waitress said food was on the house, then came back with apologies and said he comped 1 meal. Tried to get him back-too busy!! Do not waste your time or money at this place!!

    No problem getting a table at 6 pm for two. Server was friendly and trying hard to do a very good job so full marks for that. The calamari starter was good but a little on the dry side. They took forever to look for the bottle of wine I had ordered and finally gave us a similar but higher priced wine which was very much appreciated by us. The branzino was prepared perfectly (not so much the sides) and was delicious. A couple of ladies two tables down from us were very unhappy about their dinner and the poor waitress had to endure the loud feedback, unfortunately. The restaurant location is not very good. You are basically looking at Highway 41 and it’s busy traffic all evening.

    I would not recommend Fish 41 . The waiter did the best he could under the circumstances. We waited way to long for anything that came out of the Kitchen dinner was almost 2 hours and every entree was over cooked. The owner gave the waiter a bottle of wine to give to us instead of coming over himself to offer any apology.

    We typically order the whole branzino dish which is excellent. But Valentine's Day had a abbreviated menu. We ordered the Mahi-Mahi which was also excellent. Good food presenation on dish, good food, glass of wine and soft LIVE music in background.

    Completely inexperienced server…wanted us to use the ice in the ice bucket to put in our wine glass. Meals were cold. They only cleaned up half of our dishes.

    For Naples, the prices were very reasonable. The food was tasty and a good size portion. While some might have liked the performer, my dining partner and I found it VERY LOUD and difficult to carry on a conversation. For that reason I would not go back unless there were no performers.

    What can I say........they try? We had no choice as to the sides we wanted....the salad with shrimp was just lettuce. The fried calamari was good as was the fried fish. It was a party of 6 and only two people were happy with their meal.

    Waited almost 3 hours for our meal, which really doesn’t bother me. The main issue is that we got 2 meals in our party of 6 over a half hour before the rest. I’ve never been in a restaurant where that happened. The manager did not want to rectify the situation and couldn’t care less. He needs to be fired! I would not come back here again until they get a real manager, as this manager blew us off. The waiter did not know how to handle the situation either.
