The Firestick Grill is the premier dining experience for select events at the Amalie Arena. The chef-inspired buffet features an array of menu options indigenous to the Tampa Bay community.

All guests must have a ticket for the event at the Amalie Arena for the date of their reservation.

Parties of more than 14 guests must call 813-301-6926 to book your reservation. Booking these reservation requires a non refundable deposit of $25 per person.

Overpriced .. lobster small and dried and tasteless Crab claws small turkey over spiced and overdone. Desserts tiny and Sysco grade . Prime rib tasty Next time I’ll park early and eat in neighborhood at 1/3 the price !

Firestick Grill was great! Open Table - not so much. Reservation email confirmation was for 5:15, as requested. Reservation text confirmation was for 5:00, not as requested. No way to confirm with Open Table. Fortunately Firestick responded satisfactorily by email.

Been coming here for years. Very disappointing. Most of the food was stale or over cooked. We were able to enjoy a few items but left feeling I do not need to come back.

We always enjoy dining here prior to a hockey game. However, the steaks are always overcooked even when I ask for rare. Selections seem less than previous times. I’d like more healthier options, more veggies. Wine selection is good. Excellent service!

This was my 4th time at the Firestick Grill the first 3 times were outstanding this time not so much The lobster tails and grouper were severely over cooked I tried them on two separate times Not really being a red meat eater I was a bit disappointed the staff was top notch no complaints there I will still be back a couple of times next season Have a great summer!

I enjoy coming here because it's relaxing and inside the arena. The service is always quite good. Last night I did not find the food to be all that great. It was not quite what I was accustomed to pre covid. I give the food a 3 out of 5.

Great buffet choices and improved wine list. Our server Erin was excellent! I think it’s expensive for a buffet at the arena. They also need more allergy friendly options.

Expectations were high because of advertising and season ticket holder friends. But our experience was underwhelming at best. The stations were not visible from a distance so very chaotic. The main lobster tails were over cooked. The grouper was overcooked and dry. The chicken was over cooked. The veggies were mushy. The only good thing was the coffee and desserts. Overpriced and overrated!!

Price is too high for the variety of food served. Several stations were out of food and took several minutes to replenish. Felt rushed since things were either being broken down or not replenished more than 15 minutes to the puck drop. Very disappointed in this restaurant. The woman running the grill (steak and lobster) station is excellent. She's been working there many years and remember me even though it's been awhile since I last visited the restaurant. She should be running all the stations.

We always enjoy eating here before a game or show. Great choice of buffet food and a decent wine list. A bit pricey for what you can eat. Lines are pretty short.

This was an outstanding buffet. Everything was extremely fresh and delicious. I particularly enjoyed the Tomahawk steak and all of the seafood, including lobster tail, stone crab claws, shrimp, oysters, mussels and tuna tartare. There were many other options that I would have liked to try if I had not filled up on everything else. Highly recommend for a special night out before a Lightning game.

Firestick Grill rarely disappoints. The entry selection was incredible: lobster, steak, roast beef, lamb chops and scallops, roast turkey and more. The appetizers included shrimp, oysters, and stone crab claws. There are salads, soups and desserts. I would strongly recommend bringing your appetite because it's all you can eat. Our only regret was we didn't make it there earlier this year.

I have been to Firesticks in the past. I was not disappointed this visit . I will say that it is the best buffet in Tampa Bay. I enjoyed the convenience of stepping out from Firesticks into the Hockey rink.

My husband, sister, and I had the buffet dinner before the Bruce Springsteen concert. What an incredible treat it was! The selection was amazing from salads, artisan cheeses, to seafood including shrimp, lobster tails, stone crab claws with all the trimmings. My husband and sister are meat eaters so they thoroughly enjoyed the tomahawk beef sliced to order, pork, and chicken. Then there was the dessert table. Perfect portions of chocolate mousse, PB&J cheesecake, white chocolate/macadamia cake, Irish cake-all excellent in taste and presentation.. it was the perfect beginning to a fantastic concert!

Had not been since prior to the pandemic - which was great. This time was awful: minimum selection, steak was cold and chewy, service grumpy at times, soup was advertised as lobster bisque online - instead was tasteless clam chowder, the dessert selection was paltry beyond description, lobster tails were average at best, most of the bread was hard, etc., etc., etc. Just so you'll know the above was accurate and not just ranting for the sake of ranting: shrimp cocktail was good, some of the fruit was good and the Caesar dressing was very good. The descent of Firestick Grill is a tragedy: what used to be a wonderful high quality deal is now a complete rip-off. A refund should be in order. I object to being TOLD to "keep it short and simple". How about something minimally respectful? My short and simple response to the question below "No, not to anyone - let alone a friend."

Absolutely the best way to go before any event. Francie the awesome General Manager makes every customer feel special. If you paid $$$$ for concert tickets, go all the way and have wonderful pre show dinner.

My husband & I enjoyed a wonderful dinner prior to the Barry Manilow Concert on 1/14/2023! The selection of entrees was good and the food was all very delicious. The Prime Rib was excellent as was the Lobster Ravioli. Those were my 2 favorites. The Roast Turkey was delicious and the Yellowfin Tuna Tataki & Seaweed Salad was indeed very good! The Short Rib was a little more Well Done than I like, however the meat was very tender & flavorful. I also tried the Lamb Sliders which were ok. Other selections I did not try were the Grilled Grouper and Pork Medallions. The Handtossed Poached Pear Salad with Candied Walnuts, Blue Cheese & a Creamy Tarragon White Balsamic Dressing was outstanding! There was also a nice selection of Caesar Salad, Roasted Vegetables, fruits and Assorted Cheeses & Artisan Breads. The desserts consisted of mini Maple Bacon topped Cheesecakes, mini Key Lime Tarts, mini Irish Cream Cake and a Pistachio pudding with Biscotti. I had the Cabernet Sauvignon (by Silver Totem) which was excellent. Our Server, Alyissa, was very pleasant & attentive. Of Note: The price was $105 per person which states on the website “Price is Inclusive of 18% Service Charge AND Sales Tax” however on the actual menu at Firestick Grill it states “$105 per person PLUS Sales Tax. Price is Inclusive of 18% Service Charge”. I will be calling Firestick Grill for a clarification.
