    The server provided excellent service. However, there were several issues with the food. First of all, one individual ordered a Cajun Ribeye medium rare and it came out over cooked. It had to be taken back and replaced with a new one. Another individual ordered a 9 oz. Filet medium and it came out medium well. Next a child’s hamburger was ordered with Mac & Cheese and they both came out dry. Last of all when the bread was served, the middle part was still cold, as if the bread had not been cooked completely. With all of this the restaurant manager only compensated the ticket $10 off. To say the least, we were not very pleased. We will think twice before returning any time soon. Unsatisfied Customer

    We had a family dinner of 12 that was fabulous. Everyone loved their food, and the server, Emily, was amazing. She was very friendly, very good at dealing with large parties, and very knowledgeable about the menu and what was possible to order. I was impressed and pleased with how the evening went.

    We both celebrated our birthdays at Firebirds last night. We have been there several times for special occasions. We were presented with a signed birthday card and flowers for the table. The food was exceptional as was the timing of the foods. Most exceptional was our server Maleeka. She did a great job of taking care of us. Will definitely ask for her again.

    It was my first time eating and everything was AMAZING! Thanks yo our waitress our glasses weren’t empty AT ALL which we really loved ! Thank you for making my birthday a good time 🫶🏽

    Smoked buffalo fried wings excellent. Steak was cooked as requested. Service was excellent no problems with anything. I would recommend Firebird's to anyone.

    Requested crispy bacon with the Bacon Burger and both the bacon and burger came out burnt. This isn't the first time. Other places seem to be able to get this right. Not sure why Firebirds can't. A bit frustrating. The other meal was fine.

    Prices too high for the value. $24 for a salad? The only reason I come is once a year for the Veteran benefit. Thanks for supporting us. At 1pm on a weekend, the place wasn't half filled. Check your menu prices and you'll know why.

    Firebirds is always fantastic from the service to the food to the atmosphere. We had a table of 14 and 12 of us were veterans. We frequent Firebirds pretty regularly, but to be able to enjoy a free meal this time added to the excitement. Grace was our server she was Lovely both in the way she interacted with us and her level of service.

    Sirloin salad was delicious. Steak n potato was good. Both came out medium rare, as requested. I rarely drink alcohol but I thought the sangria was good. Clean tables, quiet atmosphere, nice art wall made of wine bottles.

    Waiter was horrible. Took forever to get our initial glass of water. We had to ask twice to receive our initial order of bread. Any refills of bread or water took forever. My husband asked for no onions on his hamburger and it came mixed in with cheese. While he was waiting for the waiter to return to check on us to tell him about the mistake he took a small piece from the hamburger to try it. Waiter came and went to get his manager. Manager took the hamburger back to for them to make him brand new hamburger. It came back right away. He took the bun off to add ketchup and pickles and it was the same exact hamburger patty because it was missing the small piece he took. Called the manager over again. Manager did make it right. The cook told him it was brand new patty and that it just got done. The manager credited us the hamburger because he was not misleading us when he told us it was a new hamburger because the cook said it was. He also gave a gift card to give them another try and we also we able to take home a free dessert. Manager did a good job of trying to make it right. The waiter was very slow and not that efficient.

    The second time out of the 3 times we’ve came where we left disappointed. This was by far the worst. Reservation for my birthday was 6:30pm. The service was so slow that we didn’t order for atleast an hour later. I checked my phone, it was 8:17 when our food came out. My wife’s soup was barely just warm and so was the queso. I had the lobster salmon fondue and there was spots where it was extremely salty and spots where it was fine. Out of the 3 hours we were there, I was only able to get one refill. Our servers were pretty nice but it was a very disappointing experience. Especially for a 180 dollar tab. And that was just for my family alone, not including the others that were with us.

    This was our first experience with eating at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill. Our waitstaff, Jessica, was amazing and provided options on both drink and food. We really enjoyed the dining experience.

    Everything was great. Our server was wonderful and on top of everything. We both had the ribs my husband's were perfectly cooked fall off the bone, but mine were a little tough and needed to be bitten off to eat them. The taste however was delicious!

    We were surprised how long the actual service took. The waitress said she was busy but they seemed to be at half capacity. The dinner stretched out to two hours, and about an hour was waiting on service. The food was great, and we were sat promptly. We waited about half an hour for condiments, and another half an hour to pay for our meal.

    What a great place to eat. After having a couple of lunches here, and finding the food outstanding, we had my birthday dinner at Firebird's. The prime rib was the best I've ever had and I'm from Chicago. Over the years I've owned several restaurants and dined all over the world and I can't stop sharing how much I enjoyed the food here. One additional shoutout to our server Jessica who made our experience even better. If you live in, or are visiting, Wichita and very highly recommend Firebird's.

    Great experience at Firebirds! The food was delicious and the prime rib was served exactly ordered. Our server, Cal, was attentive while also allowing us time to visit without constantly interrupting.

    I normally eat at Firebirds with my family, however this time I made reservations for my homecoming group. Unfortunately our service was not great and the group we came with received their food and we’re done significantly quicker than us. (We had two tables). I felt like we were treated as children and not the paying customers that we were. It didn’t effect the night, but made it a little less enjoyable.

    Overall experience, I'd give 3 stars. My steak was not cooked to my asking. Steak lacked flavor, no grill marks on the outside. My wife said her chicken was fantastic. Our Phill cheesesteak egg rolls were good, little heavy on the mustard flavor. My wife enjoyed them, little overpowering to me. Our drinks came out amazing! Service was top notch!
