   Our waitress was Awesome! There for a women’s college Lacrosse tournament, that we happened to mention to her and she had a dessert prepared for us that had a lacrosse stick painted in chocolate on the plate. She deserves a raise. Outstanding employee. Food was awesome but we would come back just to have her help us.

   Filet was overcooked. Service was fairly slow, particularly as we waited for dessert. We come here fairly often, and the food and service is typically better than it was tonight.

   My son’s and I food was great. My wife’s salad seemed to be pre-made so the spinach seemed rubbery. Service was great. They took care of the problem with the wife’s salad.

   Waited over 90 mins for food. Random servers kept trying to drop off other people‘s food at our table. When our food did come out two people’s were cold and ones was wrong. Our server was aware of the lengthy timeframe and the mistakes, but didn’t really do anything about it except apologize one time

   The food took over an hour to arrive, drinks not delivered timely, waitress apologized for the cooks, my food was not fresh but my husband had egg (1) toast and potatoes- his bacon was served 10 minutes later! They comp our meal and brought us dessert which I could not eat. Sad Easter brunch!

   Overall the food was very good and we had a great server. Our food did take a long time to get out and our drinks took a long time to get refilled.

    We went after Easter Service so noise levels were understandable high. My guest got the custard French Toast and I ordered the Scrambled Eggs, breakfast potatoes, bacon and fresh fruit. The French Toast was dry and the eggs were overcooked. The drinks were not replenished in a timely manner and the meal was ridiculously expensive. If brunch is any example of the other meals I would not recommend Firebirds.
