    What a great place to eat. After having a couple of lunches here, and finding the food outstanding, we had my birthday dinner at Firebird's. The prime rib was the best I've ever had and I'm from Chicago. Over the years I've owned several restaurants and dined all over the world and I can't stop sharing how much I enjoyed the food here. One additional shoutout to our server Jessica who made our experience even better. If you live in, or are visiting, Wichita and very highly recommend Firebird's.

    Great experience at Firebirds! The food was delicious and the prime rib was served exactly ordered. Our server, Cal, was attentive while also allowing us time to visit without constantly interrupting.

    I normally eat at Firebirds with my family, however this time I made reservations for my homecoming group. Unfortunately our service was not great and the group we came with received their food and we’re done significantly quicker than us. (We had two tables). I felt like we were treated as children and not the paying customers that we were. It didn’t effect the night, but made it a little less enjoyable.

    Overall experience, I'd give 3 stars. My steak was not cooked to my asking. Steak lacked flavor, no grill marks on the outside. My wife said her chicken was fantastic. Our Phill cheesesteak egg rolls were good, little heavy on the mustard flavor. My wife enjoyed them, little overpowering to me. Our drinks came out amazing! Service was top notch!

    Something was off with the black diamond martinis (tasted like there was jalapeños in it), salmon was super salty, KC Strip had a lot of fat that you couldn’t chew through, and while the waitress was friendly, service was super slow.

    It was insanely amazing. They were so attentive, polite, quick. Ready to take care of our 15p party. Everyone loved the ambience, food, and the waitresses at our table. They were AMAZING!! Thank you so much for a wonderful evening for my team.

    One of us had the 7 oz. Filet which we had to send back. A second had the prime rib which was awesome, as was the shrimp/strawberry salad. Zucchini squash veggies were awesome. Service was very slow which surprised us. No intent to let the downside of this visit deter us from coming back. We love Firebirds!!

    My family usually loves this restaurant but tonight was not their night. One member of our group had salad that took over15 minutes to arrive after everyone else had been served and then it was wrong and had to be sent back. Everyone’s food got cold waiting on the salad. Fries weren’t crispy, salad finally arrived with little chicken and was not great. We ordered dessert and they brought us small plates to share dessert and one was completely dirty had chips folate all over it which made us wonder if any of the dishes were clean. Mgr. came and apologized and covered dessert but it was just not up to the Firebirds expectation.

    I ordered the prime rib, loaded baked potato and BLT salad. My wife ordered the bacon wrapped filet, loaded baked potato and BLT salad. Both meals were delicious. Our server was awesome. Great outing!

    The food was absolutely outstanding and our server was so sweet, she heard it was our anniversary and brought us completely cheesecake bites. I would go back just that cheesecake. Can’t wait to go back!!

    Should be the best restaurant in town but it is wildly inconsistent. Food was not hot or not cold. Servers have to buss tables. We ordered a filet. Whatever cut of meat it was, it was not a filet. It was not edible. Probably won’t go back. Too bad!

    Our waitress was kind, helpful and attentive. She even brought the ranch dressing for tater tots that they nearly always forget! Sure hope she’s there next time.

    We chose to celebrate our anniversary at Firebirds again this year because of the awesome experience last year. (Flower and candle on the table, manager and server greeted us with "happy anniversary", they wrote "happy anniversary" in chocolate on the dessert! This year is the food was wonderful and they brought us a free dessert, but otherwise our celebration was ignored so it wasn't as special.

    Went in ready for a great night at dinner. The reservation was right on time and the service by our waitress was better than great. However the filet was slightly overcooked, but more importantly the cut of meat left gristle in every bite and had very little flavor. Horrible filet. The lobster was good and looked good as well. The mushrooms were absolutely awesome and the desert was great.

    Our server was really good- but service in general was very slow. We received our apps before ordering entres and getting our drinks which was strange. The burgers had some type of onion in them which was not noted anywhere on the menu that we saw and would have stopped everyone from getting them. The ribs were good and the Java BBQ sauce is really great. The sirloin was just OK, and was supposed to be garlic rosemary but tasted sweet. The mashed potatoes were also really sweet and had a really thin (almost like instant) consistency. The appetizers were REALLY good. If I return it will be apps and drinks only.

    We had a party of four, this was our first time here for a celebratory evening. Our server Aleeya, was outstanding! We took all of her recommendations throughout the evening. Starting from the bar drinks (double black diamond martinis were phenomenal) to appetizers, entrees (filets were amazing), all the way to dessert. She was very knowledgeable, and answered all the questions we had regarding the menu. Superb service, and very charismatic! Ask for her!
