The reservation was 30 before we got seated The foot took 2 hrs to get appetizers Never saw the manager The only reason we didn’t get up and leave was the wonderful server. He was great and didn’t deserve the night he got. Poor guy should have been a good night for tips but many tables just left and blamed him!

Our server was amazing and the food was good, but it took an hour-and-a-half to receive our meals. We had two toddlers with us, who both did well, but we didn’t finish until well after their bedtime. I know it was a busy evening there, but it shouldn’t take that long. The wait time was pretty bad.

We had a 3:00 reservation but had to wait 1 hour 40 minutes before we received cold food. Our waiter did the best he could checking on us and getting drink refills but they seemed to be understaffed. Unfortunately this was my first and probably last visit to this restaurant

We love eating at Firebirds. Great menu with lots to choose from. Our waiter last night was Brad-exceptional.

Went to Firebirds here in Morrisville a few months back and it was a disaster and terrible. Just went back last night and it was amazing! The manager said he was trying to fix the issues this location was having and it seems to be working. Food was excellent, service was excellent, noisy place so be prepared for that, it was not very busy/crowded but still very loud inside. My only complaint is the prices. I feel like Firebirds menu pricing is a little too high for what you get. If they drop the prices about 20% it would be more on oar for what you get.

Usually good food and dining experience although this visit the food was “off” just a little. My potatoes were quite salty and my prime rib needed a little more cooking time. In the past it has been perfect. Husband’s steak was perfect. Our server was quite personable and a delight at our table.

Delicious as always. This is our favorite place in the area and that’s why we constantly return for a great meal. Great salad choices, excellent prime rib and good friendly service.

One order was not made to specifications. The restaurant was so loud we were unable to hear others speak at our own table. It was ok but not worth the price to pay to eat there. I would not recommend.
