   Had to wait for our table despite reservation but our server was very personable and food excellent. My mom especially liked the ribs! Firebirds is always loud due to overall construction of the space but overall a great dinner. When I indicated it was a birthday they brought a free small cheesecake that was yummy!!

   Service was mediocre at best. We were there to celebrate my mother’s 74th birthday and had made reservations in advance for 12 people. We waited 25 mins and had to alert the manager that no one had came to even take our drink order. The manager apologized and did give us 2 appetizers but after that our service continued to just “okay and our server acted as though he did not want to service a large group and lacked any enthusiasm. Our entrees were also cold but after waiting for as long as we did we just ate and attempted to just enjoy ourselves. Given the fact that we were there to celebrate a special occasion we were disappointed in the service and the food.

    Drinks were perfectly prepared and grilled salmon entrees were very good. Our overall experience was about as good as it gets in this market segment/price point with chain restaurants.

    Service was abysmally and unapologetically slow at pretty much every step of the way. Our 2 year old’s chicken tender dish was apparently forgotten about. My entree and my wife’s entree arrived slowly but without our toddler’s meal. We were essentially completely finished with our meal before it arrived. They finally brought out the fries and fruit side separately, absent of the chicken. The waiter was incompetent (several other issues), and there wasn’t even an attempt of an apology. IMO they should have offered to remove the kid’s meal from the bill, but did not. Frustratingly, there was a table behind us, who arrived at least 25-30 minutes after us, and had another toddler who also ordered chicken tenders, which arrived in a reasonable amount of time. They ate and were finished prior to us receiving our food. It seemed like other tables were receiving good service, but the man that was working our table should not be employed there.

    We had a great experience! The only reason why I gave food and value a 4 star was because my kids and I are plant based and they don’t have any Plant based starter options or protein options on the kids menu. So we had to emphasize,but they still had some limitations in that. Otherwise, we had a great experience, the service was excellent, our waiter was very friendly and helpful in explaining our options and talking to the kitchen about our dietary restrictions! I liked that the kid’s menu had vegetables and fruit as options. My kids were able to eat pasta dressed in oil ice oil and seasoning.. unfortunately they don’t have a plain marinara sauce.. Overall great experience and my kids and they were able to get enough to eat and the way they cooked my impossible burger was excellent ! My husband is not plant based and had a salad with Salmon on it and he said it was really good. Lastly, it would be nice if they had a plant based dessert option , even if it was Sorbet.. The food portion were good as well.

    Prime Rib was nothing short of awful. Couldn't even cut it. Manager provided a other entre as compensation. Service was less than attentive.

    Understanding that it is a busy Mother’s Day, had to wait 15 minutes to be seated after the reservation time. Got seated and placed order as soon as the waiter came to the table to avoid waiting longer. Dip was good but absolutely no seafood at all which was disappointing for $16 and lobster being the main part of the dish. Waited 50 minutes and food finally arrived. My salmon was burnt and barley warm. Requested a new salmon which came out better but was still not hot considering we were waiting an hour to eat. Dishes were piled on the table and never taken off once finished with the appetizer. The last time I came my food was burnt, old like it had been sitting and greasy. Very very disappointed with the overall experience. Not worth the $150 that was spent.

    Mothers Day and it was busy. However, if I pay $40 for a steak it should be great. My steak was warm not hot. My wife ordered a butter topping for her steak. Her steak wasn’t warm enough to melt the butter. Very disappointed. Unfortunately we were there on a previous visit and a similar issue happened. I guess we will be looking for a different place go dine.

    Love Firebirds. We used to eat for around $80, now it was $130. But everywhere is going up on price not just Firebirds. Great food and great service as always

    So told them we had a birthday. Nothing. The waitress forgot to bring out our salad before the meal. The steaks were not great like I remembered. All and all I was disappointed. I used to eat at Firebirds a lot in another city.
