   Great Ribs and Steak Night. Very juicy Steak and Ribs where very tender. The Kitchen is always doing a great Job and new Staff is being Trained for the Summer. Our Server and her Trainee did a great Job.

   The food was yummy and our server was attentive and helpful. I don’t like sauces in general, so when I asked for my sauce on the side, she not only made sure that happened but also suggested a replacement flavor that I enjoyed.

   We are frequent customers but last night was just off. Our meal was less than great and the service was terrible. Very slow, the server was never there, took forever or said we had to wait.

   I waited over 40 minutes for a to go kids meal. Not to mention I wasn’t the only person complaining. This is my first time visiting this location. May be my last.

   I go to firebirds a lot but last night was not a good experience. On arrival I checked in to the hostess desk where the two employees were bickering over seating tables. I had a reservation but that didn’t seem to matter. It seemed like the restaurant is short staffed. We were seated and initially our service was ok but once we received our food the waiter disappeared. He kept hanging out and chatting with the bartender. Lots of other tables were getting impatient when he finally brought everyone’s check all at once. This evening was a disappointment.
