   Definitely not a 5 star experience. Server was always rushed. Mediocre food. One persons food was wrong. Not worth the money you pay.

   Betsy our hostess was so sweet and kind and offered the option to dine outside which we took advantage of. Jerry our server and bartender was attentive and took great care of us. The Ahi salads and sips were spot on and delicious! Thank you for a wonderful meal and start to Mother’s day weekend!

   We had a party of 10 and our server was excellent. She also had an 8 top to deal with so kudos to her. Food was excellent as always, lemon drop cocktails were awesome. Another excellent meal at Firebirds

   Our server Katie was a keeper! She was informative regarding menu/drink options and attentive to our needs. The food was delicious. We had a very enjoyable dinner.

   The food, we both had Filet Mignon which was well cooked and was tender and the taste was very good. Caesar salad was very good. Service was ok, but there was a big party and maybe the hostess and waiter were new, so there were some menu mixups which was not such a problem. We sat on the bar side because the dining side was noisy. We recommend this place if you want a good meal, maybe a drink to start and you want to get in and out.

   We were a party of 6,on Easter evening. It was not very busy. We were seated in the back section of the restaurant, which only had a few other occupied tables and nobody else was seated back there. All of that was fine. The biggest issue was that the servers kept using the electric sweeper to clean under the table as any guests left. It was very noisy and irritating - a major interruption to being able to talk and I was there with 5 relatives visiting from out of state. This floor cleaning happened continually during our dinner. It made us feel as though we were being rushed out. My brother finally asked one of the servers who was cleaning to carpet to please not do that right now as it was very loud and we couldn’t talk. She did stop, but gave him a dirty look. Our server was adequate but couldn’t remember who had which drink. And then my brother was served the wrong beer and she tried to tell him it was the correct one. She finally went back to the bar and apparently figured out that he was right. Food was excellent as always. I’ve been here many times and have always been favorably impressed with everything. But after this experience I will be finding a new “go to” restaurant for a nice dinner. For the price of the meals we should have top-notch service and should also not be cleaned up around during the entire meal. Very disappointed!

    I don’t write too many reviews, but the food exceeded my expectations completely. The group I was with had steak, salmon and chicken and we ate every morsel of food. Even the salads were great.
