    The service was good but the appetizers was wasn't what I expected the steak was cooked to perfection but just wasn't the hype but still a nice place to go for the atmosphere

    Nice cozy place with comfortable seatting and booths. The table and seating layout provided adequate distance from other guests. Our server was personable and everyone liked their food.

    We usually visit Firebird’s in Raleigh but thought we would try this location. The service was wonderful but the food was definitely not great. My favorite part of Firebird’s is always the bread but the bread was dry, crispy and over cooked. We thought it was just one of the breads so we asked for another and it was the same way. My husband ordered a steak and he is not a man who wastes meat but he ended up cutting away most of it because it was filled with gristle and fat. He didn’t even finish the steak. I ordered caprese chicken pasta which had a wonderful taste but could have used more vegetables and chicken. I would order this dish again, requesting more vegetables. The bathroom is in serious need of a deep cleaning.

    So me and my husband came here for my birthday... Asked for a steak medium well and it was totally well done.... So they took it back and then I had to eat alone.. The only great thing Is we had an outstanding server!!!! Her name Shadae

    It was so bright in there I needed a baseball cap. We asked if the could dim the lighting and server said no. The terrible music that I don’t know who would want to listen to was so loud we almost had to yell at each other to talk. The food was great. Server was pretty good but that ambiance y’all gotta do something.

    It's always a pleasure to go to Firebirds, the food is excellent and the service is fantastic. I would recommend making reservations anytime you go due to the popularity of the place, that way your insured a pleasurable experience.

    Always a great time at this establishment. Great service, great libations & great food. Our server, Larry was gracious, attentive & accommodating. We were there to celebrate a colleague’s accomplishment and it was the perfect place.

    I absolutely love Firebirds and have been a patron for years….the service is always spot on and they have a terrific food and cocktail menu……although I wish they would bring back the meatloaf and the spiced pecan green beans back to the menu!

    Our first time trying Firebirds and we will definitely be back. The honey garlic chicken was excellent. I would also recommend the Ribs and the Ahi Tuna. Very good.

    Fantastic lunch. Food was exceptional and so was the service. So sweet that the staff signed a birthday card for Mother-in-law's 90th birthday and brought her a big chocolate brownie with ice cream. Couldn't have picked a better place for a big ladies lunch. Thank you!

    Outstanding food and service. Drinks were great and steaks produced a “wow” from several of us. We sat outside on a warm day in the fall, so can’t judge indoor ambiance. Recommend most highly.

    The dining room was so loud we had trouble hearing each other. Philly rolls were mushy. My prime rib was flavorless and dry. I only ate a small portion and left the rest. Not even good enough to take home. The waiter was able to waive the charge of the Philly rolls but left the full cost of $44 entree in tact. It was my birthday, which I noted on the reservation and which was not acknowledged at all until I showed my $10 birthday coupon at payment. Very, very disappointing.

    A pleasant dinner - good service. The food was well-prepared, to order. The ribeye was juicy and flavorful, but not as tender as I would have expected for the price. That is not just here; it is hard to find a tender steak ANYWHERE these days. Supply line issues I guess. I would go back again to Firebirds.

    Our waiter Cody was magnificent and the food was wonderful as always. There was a very long wait for cocktail from the bar, but there was only one bartender on at the time (we were in for an early dinner). Other than that, awesome as always.

    Ordered a medium well ribeye, it came out gray and well done. Ordered a medium filet and it came out medium well. Sent back the filet and kept the ribeye even though had to load it with steak sauce to swallow. Was offered a free dessert for 2 wrong steaks at a steakhouse. Servers were great and attentive though. No happy birthday song or complimentary dessert for birthday celebration so will probably never book birthday reservations there again for my kids.

    Our service was not what we expected. Our food was extremely cold and we waited over an hour for our meal. One friend had a salad and had to wait an additional 15 minutes. I was shocked at this service!

    What a great experience at Firebirds at the south point Mall! Start to finish. Food was exceptionally prepared, appetizers were not only delicious, but large in size.     We were seated promptly. Our server was courteous. She might have had to manage too many tables, because the service was average at best. We requested a children's menu, and she failed to bring one. Also, a request for an extra napkin was not met either. We ordered fries and had to ask for ketchup, which delayed us from enjoying our meal for several minutes. There was little to no sauce on the ribs, so when we requested ketchup, we requested sauce at the same time. Our server brought the ketchup after several minutes, and then after several more minutes, she brought the sauce. We (I) felt rushed. The other people in our party finished their meals before I did, so she collected their plates while I still was eating. It was distracting and I felt rushed.
