Fiori is a charming and cosy Italian restaurant and floral boutique in the heart of Montrose, led by chef Alessio from Rome. The restaurant is located in a cute two-story building, has a nice patio with lights hanging on the outside and a terrace; massive oak trees surround the building creating an unique atmosphere. The beautifully interior, decorated with fresh flowers, plants and paintings, offers a lovely and light ambience. Fiori focuses on using authentic traditional recipes. At lunch offers salads, pasta and Italian sandwiches. At dinner, Fiori transforms to a relaxed lounge atmosphere with a full bar and refined wine selection, where you can have a classic Italian aperitive and then taste a selection of true Italian dishes. Periodically Fiori hosts local artist to delight you with paintings and live entertainments. Moreover, you can surprise your guests with a table floral arrangement or a bouquet for your partner. Fiori is available for private parties/events of many sizes.

10/10 recommend! Everything from the appetizer to dessert was delicious. This place did not disappoint and we will definitely come back to revisit.

Great service and planning from hosting team. We appreciated the glass of champagne and birthday note! Food was very fresh and not too heavy. We liked the arthichoke, lasagna, short rib ravioli, carbonara, and octupus, although there was only one tentacle served here. Could add some flavor to risotto to further elevate scallop dish, but overall, everything was good! Would go back to try other dishes and upstairs patio if weather permits.

Love everything about this place. Good food, good vibes. The waiter is also the bartender- the drinks were immaculate. I ordered a cocktail with cucumber, basil and rosemary syrup- the bartender made the rosemary syrup inhouse. Wow! Everything was working in harmony in that cocktail- none of the ingredients overpower another. He really knows his stuff! The tasting test menu definitely is great to try out other dishes and wow wow risotto was great! Tasted colorful- mix of sweet, savory, acid- well balanced. The lamb chops were so so good! It didn't have any gammy smell and was light. Huge portions too! Great for couples to share the experience together! And top it off with dessert~ wow the mascarpone with the marsala cream was so light that I had to look up recipes to try and make these myself. Love what they did with all the dishes and dessert! Such loveable servers and chef! They make the overall experience a wonderful one! Will definitely be back to try other dishes, drinks and desserts!!!

I enjoyed the fried veal main (5/5) and the fried burrata appetizer (4.2/5). I would recommend Fiori.

Everything was absolutely amazing and our server Carlos was phenomenal, he was very attentive and kind. My boyfriend and I were celebrating our 3 year anniversary and he surprised us with a tiramisu cake and champagne! He even wrote “Happy Anniversary” with the cocoa powder!

Consistently great quality and true Italian food. Burrata fritta, artichokes, linguine con branzino. Excellent service.

Our experience at Fioris was good, we got attended by a nice lady who recommended the mussels which were amazing. She kept checking up on us to make sure we were okay or needed anything. We got the carbonara pasta which was good as well as the cacio e pepe which could have been better. The ambiance of the outdoors was a bit lousy but it is next to a main street and a bar around the corner. Overall a 4/5 during the night time.
