   This place has been closed for months and they still let me book a table! I showed up to a sign on the door saying they are closed indefinitely. Extremely annoying!

   They aren’t open. We spoke with the hotel they are adjacent to, and apparently they’ve been having this issue for a while. We are reservations and they are not open and haven’t been open for months. Don’t understand why they are accepting and confirming reservations.

   Location is temporarily closed. I had a confirmed reservation through Open Table and got no notification that they were no longer open. We drove over an hour away for brunch with 8 people.

   Wanted to try this new-to-me restaurant in Dundee. It did not disappoint. I brought a friend along to celebrate her birthday! We had a great time, the food was delicious!

   The service was good. Growing pains of a new restaurant. Whip cream was curdled on top of our waffle and had to wait for a new meal after waiting for one persons meal for 5 min after the others had been served due to a mishap with eggs. No alcohol license yet, so no mimosa (not the end of the world, but unexpected). Will wait a few months before trying that again.

   Excited for a new restaurant in Dundee! We came in for lunch and the portions were very generous. I'm looking forward to when they get a liquor license so we can come in for dinner and have some local wine!

    Went there with our pup and they allowed us to eat on the patio even though it wasn’t really open because it was 35 out! Servers were amazing and hospitable to us even though they must have been freezing. The best part was the food. We had the Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. Really fabulous dish and the hash browns were the best I’ve ever had anywhere. Coffee excellent as well. Looking forward to going back again!

    I had the pork Benedict and my wife had the standard Breakfast. Both meals were tasty. My wife's hash browns were a bit to oily for her taste.

    The food (for breakfast) was truly memorable. We haven't stopped talking about it since it was set down before us. I've already recommended Field & Stream to a coworker and it hasn't even been 24hrs since we were there.

    From the minute we were seated the first rate service began. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable of the menu and provided excellent service. The menu choices were varied with explanation of each item. We 3 ordered different meals and were extremely pleased with the presentation and taste. The French fries are fantastic-crisp on outside with melt in your mouth insides. I will return again as love Field and Stream!

    This was our second visit, we had a wonderful experience the week before so we decided to visit again. This visit wasn't the best experience. The service was painfully slow and our food was cold. We will give them one more chance, it might have just been an off day for them.

    Food was great and served hot, service was excellent, the only downside was they still don’t have their liquor license so no beer or wine to go with good food. They are getting the shaft from the State. Too bad they can’t sue them for non-performance. That being said, go anyway because the food is really good.

    We came for the breakfast menu advertised on the website as 7am - 3pm. The printed menu that we received has breakfast from 7am - 3pm. Breakfast is only until 12pm. We were informed of that when we started ordering. There were 3 of us, we each ordered a sandwich. My pull pork sandwich had more bread than meat. I turned my sandwich into an open face sandwich. The fried chicken sandwich was not crispy. The burger was just ok and overpriced at $16. Instead of using plates, they used wooden blocks which was small & not practical to cram in a sandwich and a handful of fries. Food kept falling off the wooden block and was messy. What we ordered looked nothing like the pictures on the website. I left still hungry and had to eat again when I got home. If you don't have a liquor license and it's not economical to provide what's advertised, don't open. You only get one chance at a first impression.

    Welcoming and attentive service. The beignets are a must for any breakfast visit. Food arrived quickly and was delicious- I had the breakfast sandwich & my friend, the Avocado toast. Portions for both choices were perfect. We will be returning: I can't wait to introduce this gem to others.

    When you look at the menu and you have 4-5 items you'd like to try, you know it's your kind of place. Choices of food is great. Breakfast sandwiches and trout was top notch. Served with choice of hashbrowns or grits. Serving sizes were more than adequate. Great to have another dining choice in Oregon's Wine Country. Also open on Monday is a great plus. Hard to find places open on Monday's. Only bummer is they are still waiting for their liquor license. Was fine since I was there for lunch. Just a heads up.

    We had an excellent breakfast here while staying in wine country! So good-I’ve been back a couple of times now. Definitely recommend! Awesome attentive servers, gluten free options that are yummy and great coffee too!

    Visited for brunch during their "soft open" phase. Once the work out the kinks this will be a perfect place for a pre-wine tasting brunch or between wineries lunch. Everything we ate was delicious, flavorful and nicely prepared. The only complaints are the sort of stuff you'll expect them to work out over the opening period -- this is what a "soft open" is for. For example: it took a little long for the food to come out, but they did bring an amuse bouche of tiny beignet/donuts and a spiced fruit juice that was tasty. Staff was very friendly and pleasant, though simple things could be improved -- like communicating more about food timing, checking on drink refills, clearing plates before bringing the check, etc. All easy stuff to fix. They still don't have their liquor license but looks like they will have a nice bar and wine cellar. Despite a few kinks, they are on the right track. I'll definitely visit again when I'm in the area.

    We were very excited to learn about the opening of Field and Stream, quite by accident while planning for a lunch-brunch outing during the Labor Day weekend. We grieved the loss of Paulee and their fantastic duck burger and other wine country cuisine delights supported by 5-star hospitality. Then came Babica Hen an offshoot from Lake Oswego - OK in a pinch, but nothing innovative or memorable and no dinner service. We are proud to share that Field and Stream under the stewardship of local, creative Chef Jason Fritz who helped launch McMinnville’s Thistle early on. He put it on the culinary map then and has come full circle with a gift to the local Dundee community and those who enjoy visiting from further afield. On our first visit, we were greeted by friendly staff after confirming our reservation. The woody and industrial ambiance remains with a nice patio option as well. The glass enclosed wine storage, a former focal point is awaiting an OLCC license approval soon. There are some creative mock-tails of which we enjoyed - a pleasant, herb and citrus sparkler, although we welcome the chance to sample a brunch Bloody Mary and for dinner service to roll out when the glass cellar is full. It was difficult to choose between the many creative menu options, but we opted for two sandwiches - the pork confit and the roasted vegetable. The pork was a perfect confit, rich, crispy edges and with Oregon Blue on a toasted baguette. The roasted vegetable melange was just the right combo, perfectly roasted with a tapenade that enhanced all the individual vegetable flavors. Choice of salad or French fries, we opted for the fries - not just fries, but perfectly executed frites, my French father would have approved and served with classic aioli or an uncommon and delicious fry sauce. We traded tastes. Hospitality and service were also friendly, five-star. We can’t wait to return and explore a bevy of creative menu options with cocktail and wine accompaniments.

    Excellent menu! We enjoyed a vegetarian Benedict and a fish and chips. Both were flavor, generous servings, and beautifully plated. Deep, dark coffee- pairs beautifully with their breakfast options. Also— You have to try the spicy pineapple mock-tail! Definitely worth a visit.
