   Significant letdown. Service and food were poor for what you would expect from a Four Seasons resort. Took a long time to get seated despite having a reservation. The only redeeming feature was the view which did not make up for the poor service or food. Caicio e Pepe was so overly peppery it made us choke. Fish was dry and overcooked. Chicken was average. Crab risotto was mush and definitely not worth the price. Kamachi amalfi was bland. Brussels sprouts were just burnt flakes, there were no full sprouts. The only decent dishes we had were the calamari, carne cruda, and bolognese. Red wine was ice cold. Food and drinks too forever to come out. The whole meal was close to 3+ hours and felt never ending due to the poor service and communication regarding when the next course would be coming. Would not have minded the wait as much had there been some communication letting us know food would be out soon or letting us know that there was a delay. Our waitress rarely came by the table to check in and the service overall was not up the the caliber you would expect from a nice restaurant. Huge disappointment with a hefty bill.

   Our seats were satisfactory. Our waitress was OUTSTANDING. Hope delivered info re red wine alcohol % wo reluctance. She gave us plenty of time to enjoy our bottle of italian prosecco. I quibbled w her about the broccolini which was not like 2-3 yrs ago … grilled w shards of parmesan and garlic. She said that we could ask for that preparation next time and they would do it. my wife’s roasted sea bass was perfectly prepared. My seafood pasta was not proper temperature but tasty. What a wonderful experience! Hope is awesome and was s wonderful guide.

   Always top notch service at Ferrarro's. The food flavors were expertly done, and so delicious. The view is incredible.

   Don’t miss the ocean side dining experience 10/10. Food is spectacular. Try the truffle pasta.

   Ambiance and location are wonderful! The prosciutto spices were very thick and chewy. The crab risotto had a horrible pungent sauce. When I mentioned it our server just dismissed it as the shellfish broth they used!?!? The service came with attitude. After having had the most amazing meal at Mam’s the day before for the same prices, we went from a 5 start to a barely 2 star sadly. We are huge Four Seasons fans and owners - but will not return to this location sadly.

   We love this restaurant the view , food & service is amazing. The bread is so flavorful and the seabass we had for dinner was cooked just rich and delicious. We always go here when we come to Maui. We highly recommended it. They also have a happy hour with smaller menu.

    Service was spectacular. Kate was very kind and took great care of the two of us. The view was second to none. Also best bread on the island and great food overall.
