This is definitely one of THE Best places to take a mom I've ever been to in my entire life - the food, ambiance and service were all excellent. I loved it and will DEFINITELY be taking all of the mom's in my life there in the future
Waiter was friendly and nice.
great ambiance and the drinks were really good too!
Every singles time we go...Every bite, every sip is amazing. Fresh, delicious and beautiful food is served here!
Ambiance, waiters and staff all exceptional. We always look so forward to everything meal here!
Great service in a beautiful setting
For the kitchen: salt is your friend, don’t be afraid
Service was perfect. We each had the citrus glazed salmon salad and found it to be delicious and beautifully presented. The salmon was perfect and the little touches of blood orange were especially nice. A tiny pot de creme dessert was a perfect ending a light and simple dinner in a lovely spot.
Wish the menu was a little more diverse.
Everything at The Farmhouse was superlative. I've eaten there many times -- the food, service, ambience, are just wonderful.
Very good food & service in a lovely location.
We went to celebrate my daughters first communion. We were a party of 7 and we ate in the beautiful gazebo in the center of the restaurant. It was heated and had gorgeous views from every direction. Our waitress was outstanding and the food was fabulous, including our yummy desserts. High recommend in every way. Definitely make reservations in advance.
this is the second time here. completely different experience than first. food quality was not the same. ordered the special swordfish. seemed as if it was sliced in half lengthwise. very thin and dry. Not a nice piece of fish as described by server. Also, asparagus was diced in. never did see any asparagus tops.
For dessert, ordered the almond cake. Last time was delicious. this time was dry and old.
Server mentioned that menu was being restructured. Not sure i will want to come back for the price we paid for our meal for two. $200+). Drinks were pricey and lacked depth of flavor. Mine are better at home.
The only thing memorable this trip was the pizza of the day.
Sorry, but definitely disappointed this round. Will save my $$ and spend it at Rogers Gardens.
Thank you for letting me share our experience.
The food is delicious and waitstaff is attentive. The atmosphere is fantastic! Being surrounded by all the flowers and plants at Roger’s Garden makes for an enjoyable time. Be sure to make a reservation so you are guaranteed a table.
The Farmhouse served as the perfect backdrop for a birthday celebration. Our table surrounded by flowers invited hummingbirds enjoying the ambience.
The food was gourmet quality. Make sure you bring wallet as it’s a bit pricey.
The atmosphere is definitely what we went for. The food was good. I think my biggest thing was I had to ask someone else for my server three times. I don’t think you should ever have to ask fir your server. I was a good server when young so I understand what is required.
Always a beautiful experience. Don't pass on the carrots and burrata or the Meyer lemon bread pudding. If you're in the mood for a cocktail, the Collins is the way to go.
Wonderful ambiance and amazing food!
Very good food. Beautiful setting. Excellent service.
A lovely lunch, despite it being overcast. Had a house Margarita that started lunch perfectly. Everyone ordered something different. Soups were delicious, especially the carrot. My pizza was the best ever, like a margarita pizza with prosciutto and apple... yummo!! I would go back anytime, it was fun, excellent food with a great wait staff!!
Amazing ambiance and food and service!!!!
We had a wonderful late Mother's Day/early anniversary dinner at the Farmhouse. We arrived a little early for our reservation, so we had to wait a little while. There was no seating in the waiting area. We were shown a lovely table in a fairly quiet corner. All tables were spaced wide apart. Our waiter was personable and never hurried, but I admit that service was rather slow. We were not in a hurry though. The food was delicious. Two of us ordered the Gorgonzola and Granny Smith Apple Salad which was delicious. The chicken was very bland however. The third person ordered PANKO, DIJON & HERB CRUSTED ICELANDIC COD, which was also delicious. The wine by the glass was pricey but good. Desserts were excellent. Overall, I highly recommend the restaurant and will definitely plan to return soon.
Had not been there for about 18 months, last time there food was spot on. Could not ask for a better dining experience. Waiting to be seated with reservations seemed awkward for only seating outside in the sun. Not good for the older folks having to swelter in the sun. Hopefully things will get back to normal for maybe future casual dining.
COVID safe spaced apart and conversation could take place without too much background noise and though you cannot take credit for this, the weather was perfect
The food was beautifully displayed and the service was outstanding. Staff were very friendly and aware, but not intrusive.
Wonderful food in a beautiful garden setting. Lovely celebration lunch, thank you!
We love this place. We go every week. The menu and specials are always very tasty. You can't beat the service and very attentive staff.
Lovely time spent there for lunch with my mom. Will go back. It’s on the expensive side so it’s definitely a treat!
Incredible food. Wonderful scenery. Perfect place for all occasions. Price point puts you at special occasions, but this is low key enough to enjoy anytime!
It was our first time here and it didn’t disappoint. We had a great time celebrating our anniversary. We enjoyed our food, great service, awesome ambiance. We will definitely come back.
I love this place !! The food is so fresh , and the service is awesome !!
I have had much better service at The Farmhouse in the evenings. We went for lunch yesterday, and the service was ok but not great like it has been in the evenings. I had a seared albacore sandwich and it was good but not great. My friends appeared to like their meals better, but they have never eaten there before.
I had a mimosa which was overpriced ($16.00) and not listed on the menu. The setting was beautiful as usual.
This was our first visit and it did NOT disappoint. My family has enjoyed Roger's Garden for years and we have wanted to dine here since it opened. Since we don't live in the area it wasn't possible until now. The ambience was outstanding, the service A++ and the overall feel made us feel special.
Mother’s Day Celebration
Thought The cheese board was a little weak on the cheese 3 pieces of cheese for $22.00 kind of hard to swallow.
Absolutely wonderful place to eat and gourmet food. The flat iron steak is so good and the desserts are out of this world. I'll be inviting a friend and going back very soon.
A wonderful first experience for us. The ambiance is wonderful, the service impeccable and the food delicious. We were there during the lunch hour but will definitely be going back for dinner in the future.
We had an awesome experience for Mother's Day. Food was outstanding and the venue was incredible. I would highly recommend it. Great staff too!
Christine was our server, and was fabulous. The Chopped Veggie Salad was great, wine and the special Swig of the Night were flavorful, and the specials ( Panko crusted halibut and chicken Paillard were awesome! Desert was a Meyer Lemon bread pudding and the hot apple crisp. Everything was great: service, food, ambiance at the garden patio. Couldn’t be better, and we will return.
We had a beautiful brunch for Mother’s Day everything was spot on.
Amazing meal, excellent service (thanks, Matthew!). My second time there and always a treat.
