    We are excited to announce that we are back from our winter break, and it’s BBQ time! We can’t wait to see familiar faces and hopefully some new ones as well. Last year, we learned a lot about various styles and cuisines of barbecue, and we’re eager to learn and cook even more for all of you this year! Our upcoming pop-up dates are May 17 and 18 (Saturday and Sunday) from 11 AM to 2 PM. We will be experimenting with new themes this year, but to kick off the BBQ season, we will start with some classic Basta dishes, such as BBQ beef cheeks and smoked longganisa, with potentially some new items here and there. The menu will be released on social media next week. As before, we will serve the food platter-style, allowing you to taste a bit of everything. Additionally, we will offer supplemental items like our delicious cornbread and desserts. $55 includes applicable taxes - 20% gratuity added at checkout Stay tuned for the menu and more upcoming pop-up dates!

    Honestly, one of the best meals we've ever had! A bit pricey, but you have to pay for top quality these days and this restaurant is top quality, using the best and freshest ingredients available. Can't wait to go back! Service was absolutely top notch.

    Outstanding meal. We did the tasting menu and we're blown away by the creative and ambitious combinations of flavours. While the space is a bit plain, the food more than makes up for it. The wine list is bold and daring - not the stuff you see elsewhere.

    Quaint little hidden gem. Always a fun and exciting food experience. One of my top new places to go for a food extravaganza. Wonderful service with fun and exciting staff and food.

    Super flavourful, creative sharing (or not!) dishes accompanied by a well balanced, interesting wine list - and cocktail menu. Attentive, friendly service in a cozy atmosphere. Will definitely return!

    My friend and I went there for dinner yesterday around 6 PM, the place was pretty empty, which was awesome. Our food arrived really quickly and everything was delicious. The portion sizes are small so I recommend ordering three or four things to share between two people. The pear dessert is so good, if we had more time, I would’ve ordered two more.  I definitely recommend this restaurant. The sweet potato bread, beet salad, cauliflower, dish, and pear. Dessert were all delicious. Plus their washrooms are very clean!
