Really pretty decor and tableware. Very extensive and tempting menu - what we ordered was so tasty and I’ll definitely be back to try more!

The staff were all awesome as we were fasting for Ramadan and they took our order and gave us food when we can open fast as well as dates. Just so lovely and kind!

Exceptionally hospitable stuff; Middle-Eastern breakfast was exceptional, European-inspired dishes much less so.

I enjoyed my food & loved the virgin Mojito. The other party’s food was not hot & considering dining is outside, they would have appreciated hot food.

Great location and pretty looking cafe

Every dish, from the starter to the dessert, was phenomenal! We had the chicken biryani and the lamb maklouba for mains, and the hamsa and fatoush for starters, + a pistachio crepe for dessert. I can't wait to go back! I only dropped a star on 'value' as this restaurant is quite expensive compared to other Middle Eastern restaurants in Central London.

We were pleased with the interior and afternoon tea overall. Only one flaw was that we had to wait way too long to be served a cap of water and scones were too hard.

The service we received was so poor. Three of us were seated in a 2 person table right next to a large booking with barely any room to move our chairs in a pandemic. There were several free tables and we requested to move, we were refused. Then we asked a male manager and he didn't even provide an explanation and again refused. We ordered water for the table and requested this several times with nothing forthcoming. The food was mediocre for the price range, we had every intention to order several desserts but after the abysmal service we were quick to exit. We've had several people ask if it's worth a visit and the answer has been definitely no. To add insult to injury there were several free tables that were free throughout our meal and even as we left and there were other groups of 3 seated at a 4 people table.

We booked Fait Maison for a special Anniversary breakfast and I’m so glad we did! Everything was perfect and we were looked after beautifully.
They even helped my husband with a special surprise which bought me to tears!
Thank you so much for such a wonderful and unforgettable visit. I cannot wait to visit again with my daughter, she is going to love it!

The service was horrible. We weren’t given cutlery for savoury and sweet. When we paid we asked to remove service charge the waiter was super rude about this and didn’t even give us our card receipt one the card payment was approved he literally just stormed off without saying thank your bye. No one checked up on our table and to see if we needed anything. The food was nice but the afternoon tea wasn’t great nor worth £27.50 as it was quite basic to be fair and bland. But the pizza and chicken tacos amazing to die for and the vibe is super nice and cute but service was awful and some stuff were over priced for the portions too.

The Konafa was quite big, too sweet and not that great. Certainly not worth the price. Better to share between two as you will be overwhelmed two bites in...The saffron sponge cake was ok but not amazing. It’s a nice place for pictures and if you want to make your insta feed look prettier I suppose

The service was absolutely terrible. Workers completely ignored us after we were seated and we had to repeat our orders 5 times as no one listened. Communication between the workers was so bad on top of that. I would 100% not recommend this store to anyone and would recommend a different branch as this was the worst service I had ever in any restaurant/cafe. 0 stars from me

Had an amazing evening here with my family , service super fast and friendly. Ambiance was amazing, loved the music and of course the decor is what you’re paying for. Food was really tasty on the whole. So glad we came before another lockdown.

Good place to go. Very nice. Service quite slow. Our order arrive at different time with my friend. We received our the without milk or sugar.
