Winner of The Smart Green Guide's USA Discovery of The Year award, Fabrik is Austin’s first 100-percent plant-based tasting restaurant featuring curated menus that highlight the diversity of plant-based cuisine in an intimate, sophisticated setting.

Led by Executive Chef-Owner Je Wallerstein, Fabrik is focused on seasonality and sustainability, sourcing produce and ingredients from local growers and provisioners wherever possible. We offer an eclectic selection of vegan, biodynamic and organic wines, including an optional wine pairing. Fabrik also offers saké as well as a range of non-alcoholic options.

We offer two fixed 7-course tastings at 6pm and 8:30pm Tues-Sat. With 4 distinct seasonal menus each year, our cuisine highlights Japanese, Nordic, and Italian flavor profiles. Fabrik is 100% independently owned and operated - we look forward to hosting you!

Join us in our micro restaurant space for a 8-course Summer tasting experience, highlighting local provisions and seasonal produce. Delightful attention to detail! Just one example: My wife ordered a glass of wine and I ordered a non-alcoholic beer. Later, toward the end of our visit, they surprised us with two complimentary glasses of champagne because it was our anniversary. But here’s the cool part: The glass they brought for me was non-alcoholic, like my beer from earlier. They didn’t need to know *why* I wasn’t drinking alcohol, or say “oh, I hope just a sip will be OK.” And they didn’t decide to skip this potential gesture just to be “safe”. They had a thoughtful idea and were prepared to execute in a way that felt natural. This seemingly small thing doesn’t just happen. It’s the result a tremendous amount of refinement, expertise, polish, and care. This is what you can expect from every part of your experience at Fabrik.

Fabrik is a MUST. Wether you are plant-based or not, anyone will enjoy this unique dining experience. I can't express enough how thoughtful, unique and delicious the entire menu and wine pairing were. Chef Jay and Chef Silas, and Mary and Mariah made our night memorable. Can't wait to return for the new seasonal menu.

The best set dining experience ever. You won’t know and won’t care if it’s vegan, this is some the best food I’ve ever eaten and I love meat. This is one of the best dining experiences and best food in Austin.

I am not a vegetarian or vegan but went with a friend who is and found the food to be unbelievable! This is one of the best restaurants in Austin and everyone should get there as fast as they can. Each bite was a flavor sensation and was comparable to Michelin starred restaurants in CA. We are already planning to go back!

One of our favorite restaurants in Austin - beautiful and intimate setting, incredibly delicious and gorgeously plated food, it’s 100% vegan, and our server Mary was absolutely amazing! We even got a complimentary anniversary toast. Perfect place for a special night!!

An absolutely outstanding experience. This was not our first visit but every time we dine at Fabrik we are amazed by the delicious and transformative food. They made our anniversary dinner extra special with a glass of rose. This spring menu somehow exceeded all expectations and if I could have that red lentil sauce every single day I'd still never get tired of it! Highly recommend it and can't wait to come back for the summer menu.
