Each dish was a vibrant celebration of fresh, seasonal ingredients, bursting with flavor and artfully presented. And the service was impeccable – attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm.    Four friends joined me for dinner. Two of us are plant eaters, the rest consider themselves normal. :-) We had the seven-course meal and it was delightful. One little explosion of taste after another. The flavor combinations blew us away. The staff could not have been kinder or more attentive. It was like we were dining with old friends, even though it was our first time.

   My wife and I were lucky enough to get a table at Fabrik for our 10th anniversary, and our whole experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the kind and attentive staff to the intimate ambience to the incredible menu, we were absolutely blown away. My wife is vegetarian but I am a meat lover, and I did not miss meat for one second with the delicious menu and wine pairings. Even if you’re not a regular wine drinker, the wines are lovely. We cannot thank the Fabrik team enough for making our time in Austin unforgettable!

   Service was just about the best I’ve ever had. Food was creative and even on the spot, they made a switch for a strange allergy in our group. Every bite was fabulous and the whole experience was so special!

   I have never written a restaurant review, but my dinner at Fabrik was such an amazing experience- I felt compelled to do so! The tasting menu would be exceptional no matter what, but the fact that it is vegan is extraordinary. The appetizer had delicate puff pastry, "ricotta" cheese, the brioche was "buttery".... And every course was artistic and beautifully presented. Top this off with some of the best service possible- and a relaxing and comfortable vibe. Worth waiting for!

    What an amazing experience! The food was fantastic, the service impeccable! Couldn't have asked for a better experience than this tasting menu and service provided. Very personal and personable. The food was extraordinary; perfect bites of ridiculously good and creative plant-based ingredients. Even for non-vegetarians, this place is a delight!
