   Food was so special. I appreciated the nonalcoholic wine pairing they curated. Service was amazing. Background music was too loud for me to comfortably hear the wait staff as they explained the dishes/wines. I wish portion size of some of the items was larger. We did not leave hungry. Bread was to die for and desserts were transcendent. Don’t eat all your bread during the bread course as you will want to clean the sauce off of each course

   My husband and I first dined at Fabrik in September 2023 for our one-year anniversary. We really enjoyed the 7-course fall menu and shared a wine pairing. Everything was presented beautifully and tasted delicious, and the service was amazing. We decided to go again in May 2025 to celebrate my husband's birthday. We were welcomed back and remembered, after nearly 2 years! We love that they were able to expand to fit more guests as well as a restroom. Embarrassingly, on the Uber ride over to the restaurant, I caught a case of motion sickness and, upon my first bite, realized I would not be able to dine that evening. The waitress, host, and chefs were so understanding and kind and helped me to reschedule for later in the week. Again, we were warmly greeted and very much enjoyed the spring menu. Looking forward to our next visit!

   Outstanding cuisine and service. Well worth coming from NYC to get a table here. Best plant based fine dining.

   What a delightful experience! Tucked away in a cozy corner of Austin, this plant-based gem offered a truly enchanting evening. From the moment we stepped inside, the intimate atmosphere wrapped us in a sense of calm and understated elegance. But the food? Absolutely divine! Each dish was a vibrant celebration of fresh, seasonal ingredients, bursting with flavor and artfully presented. And the service was impeccable – attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm.    Four friends joined me for dinner. Two of us are plant eaters, the rest consider themselves normal. :-) We had the seven-course meal and it was delightful. One little explosion of taste after another. The flavor combinations blew us away. The staff could not have been kinder or more attentive. It was like we were dining with old friends, even though it was our first time.

    My wife and I were lucky enough to get a table at Fabrik for our 10th anniversary, and our whole experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the kind and attentive staff to the intimate ambience to the incredible menu, we were absolutely blown away. My wife is vegetarian but I am a meat lover, and I did not miss meat for one second with the delicious menu and wine pairings. Even if you’re not a regular wine drinker, the wines are lovely. We cannot thank the Fabrik team enough for making our time in Austin unforgettable!
