   Chef Je never ceases to amaze me. Her creations are delicious, inventive and beautiful. Lovely people with a fantastic restaurant. We have been here many times and will keep coming back. Very special place.

   Highly recommend this vegan restaurant!!! Incredible experience at one of best restaurants in Austin. The thoughtfulness of the menu is mind blowing. With quarterly fixe menus, we can’t wait to go back for the summer menu. Keep up the great cooking!

   The service from the moment you walk in the door is welcoming and cheerful. The food with all the different flavors were amazing! The wine pairing is well worth it, as they both only compliment each dish, but you learn a little about each wine as well. Fabrik is somewhere you definitely want to put on your list. Wonderful experience!

   I had the most wonderful time and I will be returning for the summer menu. The dishes were imaginative, fresh and flavorful, and made with love. Even the farms used to source their ingredients are listed on the menu. And I discovered my new favorite drink Töst. Mary was amazing, explaining everything and answering our questions patiently. The atmosphere is relaxing and quaint, with beautiful lighting. But the food.... and it was vegan!!! The very best I have tried in a long time.

   Food was so special. I appreciated the nonalcoholic wine pairing they curated. Service was amazing. Background music was too loud for me to comfortably hear the wait staff as they explained the dishes/wines. I wish portion size of some of the items was larger. We did not leave hungry. Bread was to die for and desserts were transcendent. Don’t eat all your bread during the bread course as you will want to clean the sauce off of each course

   My husband and I first dined at Fabrik in September 2023 for our one-year anniversary. We really enjoyed the 7-course fall menu and shared a wine pairing. Everything was presented beautifully and tasted delicious, and the service was amazing. We decided to go again in May 2025 to celebrate my husband's birthday. We were welcomed back and remembered, after nearly 2 years! We love that they were able to expand to fit more guests as well as a restroom. Embarrassingly, on the Uber ride over to the restaurant, I caught a case of motion sickness and, upon my first bite, realized I would not be able to dine that evening. The waitress, host, and chefs were so understanding and kind and helped me to reschedule for later in the week. Again, we were warmly greeted and very much enjoyed the spring menu. Looking forward to our next visit!

    Outstanding cuisine and service. Well worth coming from NYC to get a table here. Best plant based fine dining.
