This was our 5th visit and the meal and entire experience was excellent as I have come to expect. The El Dorado specialty drink was yummy and refreshing. The home made pasta tortellini in roasted red pepper sauce was delicious. We split a plum tart dessert special with an accent of browned butter ice cream - So Good! The service was impeccable as always. Servers are knowledgeable, personable and attentive. We are so fortunate to have this lovely resource in our community! We will be back!

This was my third visit to Fable and I'm already thinking about next time. With flawlessly mixed cocktails, a short, brilliantly executed menu, an accessible wine list and relaxed service on par with the finest establishments in town, Fable is among Santa Fe's best restaurants.

I’ve been back twice in 1 week upon discovering Fabele Fable is charming, cozy and very welcoming. Everyone I encountered from bartender and servers to hostess and manager were friendly, attentive and also passionate about their jobs. Nathaniel was a Michelin star quality server with knowledge and perfect timing and could “read the table” I’ve had the burger, their salmon, short ribs and fried chicken. Everything had awesome flavors, beautifully placed and simply delish!! The fried chix was a little dry, but it still got high marks. That can easily happen and it was combined with fantastic greens. Run don’t walk to Fable.

The filet of beef and the beef short ribs were outstanding! The filet was cooked to perfection and the short ribs were tender and flavorful. Service was excellent, and ambience was great noise level was low. For dessert, we had the flourless chocolate cake with candied orange, and Luzardo cherries, which paired beautifully with our Spanish wine. Prices were reasonable, considering the quality of the food and the portions. Definitely on my list to go back.

This area of Santa Fe County has needed a fine dining establishment for several years. Fable fits the bill and is clearly at the level where foodies from the City of Santa Fe and occasional tourists to The City Different will be making the trek to Eldorado to savor this great cuisine.

Fable is absolutely worth the short drive to El Dorado—what a fantastic find! From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable. Nathanial took incredible care of us—warm, knowledgeable, and made the experience feel special from start to finish. The menu is full of creative combinations that *actually work*—every dish was layered with bold, thoughtful flavors. You can tell there’s passion behind the food and the hospitality. It’s already one of our new favorites in Santa Fe, and we can’t wait to come back.

This restaurant has great potential. The food was very good but not great. Interesting selection. Very good service and very friendly staff.

We were so pleased in every form and shape. Andrew is an amazing chef, the waitress was attentive and knowledgeable and most important We ate very good food, the ingredients were fresh, the menus are innovative And so happy to know we have a fantastic restaurant in the neighborhood.
