Our passion for delicious and healthy food, exquisite desserts, and beverages has led us to the opening of Evergreen restaurant. We have spent nearly two years searching the world for the best recipes, curating the finest selection for our restaurant. The exciting story of our long journey is reflected in our cuisine, the exquisite tastes of each dish presented the unique atmosphere of the restaurant, imbued with the idea of unity with nature, harmony with oneself and the outside world, the desire to appreciate every moment of your life and not waste time on trifles.
Our menu features French desserts by top pastry chefs worldwide and dishes from Georgian, Mediterranean, and Eastern European cuisines.
The coffee machine, designed by espresso inventor Pier Teresio Arduinо produces the best coffee extraction. The original Turkish coffee and baklava, imported directly from Istambul, offer an impressive journey into the heart of the mysterious and attractive Eastern culture.

We had the saganaki, crushed meatball ragu and paprikash and let me tell you the food had amazing, deep flavor throughout. The wine pairing suggested for the meal was well balanced with the hearty broth of the paprikash dish. What a great outing to celebrate my Mother's birthday inside of a beautifully decorated space. Thank you Evergreen Restaurant. We will be back!

We enjoyed brunch at Evergreen, which provides a large selection with brunch to dinner-like options. We started with the virgin strawberry mojito which we enjoyed at our table on the outside deck. Our server was excellent, and the diverse menu had something for each of us. We were saddened to learn that the plan is to do dinner only and brunch just on the weekend. It was a great place for a Friday lunch!

The only thing I regret is that they sold out of a couple things (a starter and a dessert) because they are so good! The staff were incredible, the food is second to none and so original and the location is so lovely. We celebrated our anniversary and we will be back. Second time we have been there in 3 weeks!

We ate here for my girlfriend's birthday, and enjoyed ourselves quite a bit. The place is very welcoming, service was great, and the food was delicious. Their mocktails were also very good, which was a nice touch for us. We'll definitely be making return visits for other occasions.

We enjoyed our food. A few things on the menu weren’t available but we each found something tasty. The passion fruit mango mousse dessert was excellent.

This was our second time at Evergreen and we will definitely be back. The outside searing on a sunny morning is perfect. You add top notch service and great food, and you have the perfect spot. We’re excited to come back to try out the dinner menu!

Outstanding evening to celebrate our 38th anniversary. The flaming goat cheese shareable was absolutely delicious, as well as being a novelty. We had the meatball pasta entree and it was the perfect size and very flavorful. We left room for the hazelnut dessert that was outstanding. Excellent service and loved the clever atmosphere with the hanging vines. Evergreen was highly recommended by several friends and it is now our top choice for a nice, enjoyable dinner with creative food selections.
