The light and airy space features white rafters and hanging plants, and happy hour spills out onto a big back deck. All of it landed Este on Bon Appétit and Esquire’s best new restaurant lists in 2023.

Went for a birthday and had a great time. Drinks and food were so good. Service was wonderful. Complimentary valet too!

A great dining experience in Austin. We will definitely be back to try different things on the menu. Their happy hour prices can't be beat. We sat at the bar and it was a great experience.

Dinner at Este was delicious and we had an excellent waitress. It had been awhile since we ate there and we won't wait so long next time.

This was my second time and the service is still top notch. The food is good but not great, except for those chips and guacamole - they are outstanding. I had the tuna terdito and I'm gonna be honest, it needed more flavor. The shredded alliums were not enough. It required more salt or sour. The drink was very good. I'd return for the jovial, fun atmosphere.

Everything (food & drinks) was absolutely incredible. You simply cannot order wrong here! The staff was incredibly generous for my birthday, treating me to a surprise slice of cake (delicious chocolate layered cake with sea salt, adorned with a candle) & a celebratory tequila shot for everyone (of age) at our table. Thank you again for making my birthday special!!

Este is really good. The fish taco is next level. Also loved the tiradito which has some kind of funky brown sauce which is both delicious and totally unusual. Guacamole is the best I’ve eaten in Austin. But the superstar is dessert and I don’t like sweet or dessert in general. This pastry chef needs some Michelin recognition of their very own. Outstanding, original, craveable desserts (we ordered all the desserts on the menu except for the lime pie). We finished our evening walking through their vegetable garden which is lovely. Don’t remember the name of our waiter but he was outstanding.

I don't have the words to express how amazing everything was here service and food. This was my 3rd time... I actually made a special trip to Austin just for the opportunity to eat here again. We probably tried 1/2 the menu and everything was just amazing. I will be back ASAP!

Este is definitely a place I would recommend to whoever is looking for a fun night out! The (sea)food is incredibly fresh & tasty, wine is reasonably priced (50% off on Tuesdays!) and service is very friendly. We’ll be back!!
