   Este was the first place we went for dinner on moving to Austin last May and, although we have been a few times in this past year, it felt right to go back for our one year moving-to-Austin anniversary. We booked for lunch as we had not tried their lunch menu before and, although there were some lovely items on the menu, we were thrilled to see the PESCADO ZARANDEADO as we remembered this from our first time there. We ordered the half fish between the two of us and it was plenty. Our server, Jonathan, was friendly and attentive. They even gave us two complimentary half glasses of Prosecco to help us celebrate. The margs here are some of the best and also on happy hour! Another fantastic experience, thank you Este.

   Amazing seafood with great portions and beautiful presentation. The decor is modern and clean, and the vibe is fun and buzzy (though a bit loud). Big thanks to James for the friendly, attentive service.

    We had an excellent dining. Our waiter was very attentive and assisted with menu recommendations based on our taste profile. The tuna tiradito was a great starting dish busting with flavor (5/5). Next was the smoked tuna crispy tacos. Good smokey flavor, but a bit of an overly filling dish (3/5). On to the cachetada tacos…this was fantastic! Wagyu did not disappoint (5/5). Last was the half order of sea bass. I didn’t think they could continue to elevate the flavor profile, but this dish sure did. Excellante (5/5). Again, great dining experience!
