Everything was dirty! Tables, chairs, FLOORS, cocktail glass, washrooms. The salt and pepper shakers had gunk all over them. Every surface visibly needed a good wipe down. My cocktail glass had leftover gunk from the dishwasher on it. My salad bowl was cracked, but they used it anyway. We won't be back.

The new Fajita quesadilla with chicken had way too much cheese - not enough chicken. We often dine at Ernies because its close to home but not really because the food is amazing.

Sat outside this evening because dining room is so cold you could hang meat in there very pleasant outside until the food arrived & flys attacked our food! Mediocre service and 3 out of 4 dinners not good. Not a good dining experience

Go for the view, but not the food. Our meals were mediocre at best, and the service marginal. The octopus appetizer was clearly not cooked properly (think rubber in a nice sauce). We did eat it, but I mentioned it to the waitress when she was clearing the table, and I asked her to pass along my critique to the chef. I'm paraphrasing, but her response was to the effect of "Yea, that's one of the dishes we've had some issues with"... She then proceeded to bring our bill and gladly charged full price for a dish they acknowledged isn't "up to par" (why didn't you suggest not ordering it in the first place?)

Arrived for Mother's Day brunch with our Mother in Law in a wheelchair. Our tale was ready and the staff was quite friendly and attentive. The menu and the food were very good. We will return and refer friends to this nice spot.

Didn’t have table we were supposed to get in reservation. Waited over an hour for food. Took 20 minutes to get drinks. One meal had hair in it. One meal was cold when got to table. Waitress was overwhelmed and had so many tables to take care of. It was a Tuesday night. Not good at all.

The food and the service is just ok. Last year the food and service were great. Lady year the bloody marys were excellent The cut out the bacon this year . Salads had to much dressing. We have eaten at Ernie's three times this month January they need to step up the pace on food and service

The waitress was great, wish I could say the same for food/drinks. Cocktails were BAD, husband had to send his back (has never sent a cocktail back). Food was bland & tasteless. I could have had a tastier meal at Taco Bell and saved myself $100. Very disappointing.

Our server/bartender was Laurietta and she was most fabulous! Very engaging and explained everything to a "T". The service was exceptional as she made it the best and didn't miss a beat. The food was also incredible. My friend got the Salmon as Laurietta said it was one of their best sellers, I got the Fish and Chips which were also delicious. I don't like a heavy beer batter, so these were fantastic with a light tempura batter and I loved the tarter sauce with a hind of horse rasdish. The crowd in the restaurant was so much fun and happy, which was so nice! No snobs and everyone joined in when a good song came on! How much better can this place be? Seriously, and the golfers that were coming in off of the course were fun to talk story with as they came in from all over the world. I just live down the street and haven't been back since before Covid, now this is my fave spot for dining and fun with a great atmosphere! Sunset was glorious!

The food at Ernie’s is just ok. I’ve been there multiple times, tried different items on the menu, and feel confident saying that the food is “just ok”. I go there for the views and ambiance. The waitstaff is super nice and have good energy. I love going there in the Fall and Winter when we are in season and the bar is full as well as the patio. Makes for a great afternoon.

We are PGA West members....love the environment and the food is good. Service is consistently extremely slow! We were seated on patio at 6:30 and had to get up to get a waiter after 25 minutes..nobody came to offer water, open the wine. This has happened More than once. Love the food but they need to improve service!

We had the worst fish and chips ever. I am English. So I have had a lot of fish and chips. The batter was very thick and very stodgy. The chips were hugely overcooked. The attempt at UK by adding fake newspaper was annoying as opposed to the whimsical intent . The pasta was dry on top and glutinous underneath which suggested it had sat for a while. Just very poor quality pub food

The food took a long time to arrive but our server was pleasant and seemed to be trying to get our order out. When it did finally arrive, our fries were cold. Our server brought hot fries right away. Fish and chips, meatloaf, Marsala, and burger were all tasty and satisfying after our twilight round of golf.

We made reservations on Open Table and when we arrived the hostess told us that “they didn’t take reservations at that time, but I can seat you anyways”. She was very rude. Our server was non attentive and the food was just okay. The brussel sprouts lacked flavor but the salads were large tasty.
