First and foremost. I want to say that our first time here was during their grand opening. We had the best experience, the food was amazing, and customer service was on point. We just went yesterday to celebrate a birthday and the experience was not great. I had a reservation and upon arrival we were told they had changed their way of serving food. Our reservation was not honored. The outside seating area was just for drinks and the food would have to be order inside and brought back out to the bar. This threw me off guard but I tried to be understanding maybe they were understaffed, it happens. When it was time to pick up our order, we were given our food in to go boxes with plastic utensils. Even though we told the cashier upon ordering we were eating at their bar. The presentation of the food contradicts the ambience of the bar. We understand things may have changed for service but when staff is stating to order food inside and bring it out to the bar area to eat, then the food should be served on a platter or proper plates. Instead we got our food in boxes like if it was to go which made us feel what we were paying was not justified in the price. And brought down our dine in experience. Then we open our food and it is not enough for our group. We told them specifically we were 6 people and we were told by the cashier that would be enough food. Sadly it was not enough and we were not happy with the experience so we went to eat somewhere else. The food tasted great unfortunately the ribs we received were more bone than meat. The flavor was good but we struggled to eat them since there was hardly any meat on them. Overall the customer service we received was good and the food tasted great. Sadly, the experience for my group and I was not good. If you are a returning customer from when the restaurant opened, just be prepared. We expected the same level of service and experience from our first visit and getting something completely different brought it down.

Overall a decent experience, but the meat quality could definitely be better. The burnt ends stood out and were good, but the rest of the meats were just average. Flavor was fine, nothing particularly memorable or worth raving about. Not a bad spot, but there’s room for improvement.

So bummed! Been waiting to try this place! Waited 40 minutes for guacamole and I think it was pre-made! $94 for guacamole and 4 drinks! Brought the wrong appetizer first. The loudest music we couldn’t talk. Wanted to try the meat but couldn’t stand the music and of the guacamole was bad and expensive wasn’t worth ordering more!

Fun outdoor dining experiences. Good energy with Hispanic flavor. Very nice and attentive staff. Enjoyed the food.

Food was just OK. The prime tri tip is fantastic. Then got into the wagyu options and for the price they were just alright. The wagyu brisket was dry and there was no distinction between the wagyu cut and typical brisket. My mouth clawed for more flavor from the creamed corn and mac salad, which were pretty bland. The octopus app was wonderful, the best thing we had. Service was fine—waitress said they had everything in stock, and suddenly two things we ordered were actually not available (corn bread?? How does a BBQ joint not have corn bread??). Once the food dropped, our waitress never came back to refresh drinks, check in, ask if we wanted anything else—had to get up to flag her down just to pay. Overall, pretty underwhelming for the price of the food.

Celebrated my bday with a group of friends & family here. The food was delicious! We had wagu tri tip, picana, and brisket. And my favorites, lamb rack and burnt ends. Smoke meats are served with curtidos in the side which is perfect to accompany the decadent cuts. Octopus and Mac & cheese also very yummy. Service, drinks, ambience and music on point.
