   So good. We got there at 9:30pm after a 7 hour drive and they allowed us to eat dinner with jeans and a T-Shirt. Food was delicious! Had the salmon and bbq shrimp!

   Service was excellent. We had the drum lunch entree which was excellent and the chicken breast over collard greens which was very good as well. The chocolate soufflé was killer.

   We had a rough start and a broken chair but the food is delicious - service was good once we worked out the kinks.. It seems they deal with a lot of tourists

   The manager was running around like a chicken with its head cut off, instilling palpable fear into the entire wait staff as he continuously corrected everything they did wrong and berated them for it. Food was too over the top with complete lack of taste and texture subtlety on full display, even considering that it is an Emeril restaurant (does bacon really need to go on a sticky toffee bread pudding desert?). Wine by the glass hadn't breathed long enough. Ambiance was more like The Cheesecake Factory, but with a two-choice kids' menu (chicken tenders or fried shrimp, both with bog-standard french fries). Is this supposed to be a high end restaurant? The bill says yes, all else said no. Maybe if the manager relaxed, then the wait staff would too and everything would be more enjoyable than borderline comical.

   Its a nice New Orleans experience to see how they teach and train the chefs and severs at the restertaunt it is easy to find and it looks nice and clean bar was interesting every kind of liquor was available the food that we picked was good in general I had the chicken and it was a little dry I was surprise in a place like that it would have been that way but over all the rest of our meals were good staff was friendly and great service would come back again!!!
