A wonderful local restaurant with great food, service, and atmosphere!
We have dined here many times and have always found this restaurant to be of impeccable quality. We like coming here for special occasions such as birthdays, Valentines day etc. It is every bit as high a quality as any of the Plaza restaurants and the prefix 4 course dinners are a great value. Oh - did I mention the country charm? Try it you'll love it!
Always a wonderfully, delicious meal with fantastic service!
Wonderful restaurant--- beautiful scenery-- a hidden gem
This restaurant is truly a gem out in the country ! Personal service, great menu , overall perfection !!! Don't miss it !
The service and food were fantastic! You won't regret going! Our steaks were cooked to perfection and the flavor was amazing! We will go again for sure!!
It was a fabulous evening. We will definitely be coming back.
We absolutely adore Elements! Highly recommend it for a beautiful dining experience.
We love the inside and outside of Elements. It's a beautiful view. We were able to sit outside for the first time on this visit. EVERYTHING was exquisite! We'd like to reserve the restaurant for a private party - need to think of a reason!
Delicious as always! We love our visits to Elements!
From a beautiful view of the countryside while having a quite date to a catered business meeting, I can't think of a more accommodating place to enjoy a fine meal. It's not "down the block" for a very good reason. We plan to go back when the leaves begin to turn as the rolling hills look to be a perfect place to enjoy the colors of fall.
A great find. Definitely worthy of it's 5 star rating. Will be recommending to our friends. Can't wait to try the German food in October!
Great out of the way experience! Highly recommend
Our visit to Elements was a gift from our children. The food was awesome and perfect amounts. We had seafood and it was prepared just right. A great gift for us.
Our return visit was awesome just as we thought it would be! We frequent the Element at least once a month and love it-A real jem!
This is a must destination. You will not be disappointed.
Food is always wonderful and folks are great. We always enjoy our time there and should go more often. The people that own it are courteous and friendly. Our evening is relaxed and peaceful when we eat at Elements.
Food and Service were both excellent - very nice atmosphere
I love the relaxed feel of this place – like a comfortable dining room in a friends home. I definitely would return to try more dishes. Service was well-timed and friendly, wines were affordable.
Once again, we were welcomed to this wonderful "secret" place in the country. This is our second time here, and we were not disappointed. If anything, the food was actually better than the first time. The ambiance is great - although there were two large groups there, it still was very quiet and comfortable. We've told everyone we know about this unique "find" and hope they come to love it as much as we do. Although it's an hour each way for us to drive, it's well worth it. Can't wait to visit in the Spring and be able to sit outside.
Wow,wow, wow! This was one of the best dining experiences we have had all year. Elements is a little treasure tucked away in rural Camden MO. The seating allows for approx 26 patrons...which allows for cozy, pleasant conversation w/o the high noise level that exists in so many establishments today.
The food was amazing...every single bite from start to finish of our 4 course meal. The portions are modest but worth every penny & very satisfying.
Then there's the service...owner's Diane & Kurt were on site to make sure everything is top notch & Jess, our server, was excellent.
This was our first but not our last visit to this little jewel. A must destination for anyone looking for extraordinary meal.
Elements was, as it has been in the past, wonderful. We took some friends who had never been there, and they agreed with all the good things we've said about Elements. They intend to go back. The food is really excellent and the service is efficient but not fussy. The rural setting, surrounded by rolling hills, is very peaceful and relaxing. Unlike a lot of fine and expensive restaurants in Kansas City, which are too noisy to have a conversation with a group, the atmosphere at Elements is quiet and relaxed. I cannot recommend Elements highly enough.
Romantic , enjoyable , nice presentation , great food , attentive service
Food is always top notch and the service is outstanding. Portions are a bit on the thin side which I would gladly pay an up-charge for if it were offered. I have been here many times before and enjoy the quite Country atmosphere.
Excellent food and service usually only available in the city. Amazing that it is available in our rural area!
An elegant dinner in a beautiful setting. We heard of this restaurant by word of mouth although it has been inexistence for four years. It is a gem but not well known. Worth the drive!
Really enjoyed our dinner!!!!! Everything was great - will recommend to friends and family and plan to go again as well.
My daughter, Alicia, took me here for my father's day dinner. She had heard good things about Elements from a friend of ours that lives nearby. We arrived promptly at 5:00, our reserved time, and was greeted by Diane. We chose to sit inside as the temperature was a little on the warm side, but the view from inside was almost as good. Alicia had the Lemon Artichoke Chicken and I had the Medallions of Beef Tenderloin, both included in the four course selection. My dinner was very good but Alicia's selection was suburb. I wish I had ordered that one also, but there's always next time. In summary, we did enjoy this dinning experience and will most definitely return. We think that you will agree so go check it out. PS Arrive early so that you will have time to visit with Kurt and Diane, both very nice and easy to talk to.
Very nice place; owned and operated by a husband/wife team. They serve superb food in a quiet, tasteful country setting. The four-course menu varies based on seasonal items...expansive but not pretentious. There are lovely views of the rolling hills below the restaurant. A great place to get away to for a romantic evening or a special occassion.
I took my wife to this restaurant for our 19th wedding anniversary. The facility and grounds was clean and we'll taken care of. We were seated immediately and drink order was taken. The waitress was very nice and took great care of us. The food was fantastic. After we were done my wife and I enjoyed the surrounding and talked. We were not rushed to exit. Great time, place and people.
Great food, fresh, locally sourced, priced well for the quality.
Will definitely return
Everything about dining there was great! Food, service and ambience.
If you have not tried this Restaurant your missing out on a rare treat. While the menu is fairly limited the quality is top notch and dishes are exceptional. The "chef" makes it a point to stop by your table and check on your satisfaction with everything and the service is excellent!
I thought the price for the food was alittle high. realizing that it is a multi course meal, the price for the steak and crab cakes at +$40 and only getting 4 oz. staek was higher than upscale restaurants in Kansas city. we were the only diners that night so visiting with the staff was great. We will return to see a second view and will update at that time.
Kurt and Diane make this a special, yet sophisticated place. The meals are delightful. Portions are just right. Beautiful setting!
It is just a few miles from my house but the drive is scenic, it is always clean, friendly and the food is always Delish! I had Blackened Chilean Sea Bass and my other half had Italian stuffed chicken and it was also wonderful! This would be great for a small office party, bridal shower, anniversary dinner or a quiet romantic dinner! I've been there several times and never been disappointed!
My wife and I went to Elements for the first time and had a excellent meal. It was prepared and served wonderfully. We really enjoyed visiting with the owners . This restaurant is in the country and was a long drive but was well worth it and we plan to go here again.
We liked their 4 course meal!
We live a little north of Richmond and thus very familiar with driving into KC to enjoy a special meal. There are some very pleasant places in the city, good food, great wine lists, et al. None of them can top Elements in some categories that are especially important to us. Fresh ingredients, interesting menu choices created with both substance and style, served in a lovely, calm place where grown-up tastes set the tone.
There is nothing like having fresh food prepared in full view of diners by the owners/chefs (Kurt and Diane), who deliver the creations to your table with sincere compliments for your pleasure. Do yourselves a favor...turn the buggy toward the rolling hills near KC rather than the same old urban parking lots.
We took extended family for an 80th Birthday dinner! The dinner was amazing! Everything was delicious. A beautiful setting with the drive for a special evening. Service was excellent and welcoming. Beautiful.
Elements is well worth the drive. It is an unmatched dining experience. Small size guarantees good service and calm atmosphere. Your food is cooked not more than 20 feet away in an open kitchen. Prices are very reasonable.
