Eldr hosts a seven-course culinary experience every Friday which combines the best local ingredients with Nordic values and cooking techniques. At any point in the week we could also have a guest chef in the kitchen for an exclusive residency.

Eldr means ‘fire’ in Old Norse, and we champion cooking over open flames, smoking and using coal as flavour. Produce is at our core. We locally source only the freshest, seasonal ingredients, meaning our menu is ever changing and evolving depending on what we have fresh that day. There’s a weekly set menu with carefully considered alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks pairings, and all dietary requirements can be accommodated.

We honour tradition and the guiding principles of Nordic cooking including seasonality, sustainability and the use of age-old techniques, but there’s always surprises from our chefs: like everything we do at Pantechnicon, the menu plays with the intersections of ideas and cultures.

Delicious nordic food, the place is very beautiful as well - very loud. I would recommend small group as it's hard to have a conversation on a large table.

If you want a dining experience to remember, this is the place to go. Food was stunning, service was excellent and atmosphere was so relaxed. Covid precautions very good too, cannot recommend highly enough!

Food was very nice, ambience nice but service although correct and courteous very slow. Likely had more to do with the kitchen than with the waiters who made a genuine effort.

I found this little paradise and I can’t wait to go back again ! This amazing place is perfect for any occasion . Since we arrived the service was stunning , write my 4th time at this restaurant, the food and service was impeccable everytime... but the waiter Abzova service it’s outstanding everytime, he gives the BEST service everytime... the whole team are brilliant but Abzova truly goes above and beyond!

An absolute delight to try interesting and beautifully presented food. Our waiter was exceptional and made our experience a fantastic one. This is definitely my new favourite restaurant.

Recommend to be daring with what you order from the menu - cocktails and food are most rewarding at Eldr when you take advantage of some of the unique Skandi ingredients. Quality of food and cocktails is top shelf. Ambiance, finishings in the restaurant and feel of the space is relaxed and calm but stylish. When full the restaurant seems a little slow on the service at times (although food tends to arrive a bit slow at first but then well time); the service is however friendly, helpful and knowledgable.
