    Nice inside the restaurant. The waiter was nice, but he did not speak English well, however he got everything right on our order. Food was really good. The only issue was it appeared our waiter was the only one. Therefore the service was very, very slow with just minimal of tables. Manager was nice, but barely helped out..

    Food was great - took 8 minutes to get greeted when we walked in. Restaurant was nearly empty and seemed very short staffed. Server was nice but sweaty and seemed overwhelmed serving only a few customers who were spread out in 3 different rooms. Multiple dirty tables that were not cleaned. Loved the food, but not sure would come back because of cleanliness and slow service.

    Our Waiter was cordial and polite. Loud construction type noises continued to come for the central area of the restaurant. My senior guest commented that it seemed like the restaurant was struggling to survive by the appearance of open trenches where landscaping should be, the loud noises, skeleton staff, etc. Not a real pleasant dining experience.

    Understaffed. Long wait times for buffet food. Many items in the buffet were not restocked. No enchiladas, no sweet corn, no churro pancakes, etc. I asked for a table and was seated at a booth. Coffee refills slow.

    I made a reservation for 12:15 and arrived there at 12. They didn’t sit me and my party until 12:58. Not only that, but they sat me in a table where it was crammed to get to for a regular person, not to mention a person like myself who is a wheelchair user. I do not see the point of advertising having reservations available if when I get there my table won’t be reserved and other people get seated before me.

    We had a party of 20 people. I had my drink served an hour after my arrival. We asked the manager to send help to the table and they were not able to accommodate. Our poor waiter was so stressed that he started being rude to us. Bad experience, would not recommend for a large group.

    Family get together for Sunday brunch. First time trying brunch here and it was great. Food was fresh and tasty and our waiter was fabulous. He was very courteous and attentive and made our morning fun and enjoyable.

    The Buffett was underwhelming the food was overly salty, more so the menudo. The omelettes made to order were cold And didn’t get what we asked for correctly. The waffle at the waffle Station were cold and unfortunately the server wasn’t paying attention to what toppings the customers were asking for. The tacos station had good meats but again the handmade tortillas were cold. No music in the restaurant only outside. My server was really nice and attentive but didn’t make up that I paid so much money for very underwhelming food

    Had a reservation on Mother’s Day and we were seated right away. My Champagne glass was never empty, and the food buffet was plentiful. Great value for the cost as compared to most all other buffets anywhere !!

    We went here for a pre-Mother's Day celebration, since we knew it would be packed the next day. Good choice. We enjoyed a fun afternoon of good food with Mom, including lots of chips and salsa. We received attentive and friendly service, and our meal was delicious. It got busier during our visit, but we had a wonderful time.

    We have always loved El Torito but we had sub par food the “Cadillac” margarita was all mix and no extra as usual. Drinks were in plastic cups. We were out to celebrate Cinco de Mayo and it was a very disappointing evening!!

    Sat us earlier then expected which was a plus. Our waiter was pushing margaritas (no one drinks in our group) and appetizers. Had to ask for 1 of our party’s food and ask for refills, still kept asking if we wanted margaritas . He was no where to be seen

    Well, our waiter was very nice but asked us at least three different times about the one margarita we ordered; salt, blended or rocks, then kept forgetting and asked again. Food was good except beef dishes were tough and fatty

    Problem when getting our bill. We only had 5 & were charged for six at Easter Brunch. It was corrected & but we split the bill & wrong credit card # was returned to both payers. Paying & server rushing was a bit of a problem.

    Service, crowd, noise, temperature, and food was poor to fair. Our server was not attentive, he seemed bothered when we asked for items (straw, hot coffee, utensils), the restaurant was very crowded, we were unable to walk to the buffet due to tables being too close together and blocking walkways, so they opened a side door for us to walk through which caused our area to become cold, my kids wanted a brownie for desert, but the brownies were out during our visit. It seemed like the Manager knew how bad our experience was because he thanked us for coming and set down two $10 gift cards which we do not plan on using. Horrible experience, we do not plan on returning.

    It was a decent experience, second time having brunch here and the experience was not the same they we’re running out of food when brunch still had two hours before it stopped, our waiter seemed very busy and disconnected from our table

    We celebrated my birthday here. It was big, open, never seemed crowded with plenty of parking. The food was good but they needed additional staff to man the buffet and clear dishes. Our server was great but you could tell she was spread thin.

    I went for Happy Hour. It wasn't crowded but the acoustics made everything very loud with just the few people there. Our server was nice but it didn't seem like they had enough workers. We ended up waiting a long time for food AND drinks. At one point, we saw drinks sitting in an unattended bar. It could have been anyone's bug we had waited so long, we just grabbed them assuming they were ours--and they were. My complaint is not about the worker(s). She was very helpful and we saw she was moving as fast as she could. Not once did she complain ot give any attitude; she was quite pleasant, in fact. Management should have had more people working on the floor...or the manager could have at least jumped in to help get orders out faster.

    The only good aspect of our brunch dining experience was the friendly host and waitress. The food at the buffet was cold,almost always out of half the items every time I wpuld try to get something,there was one person serving the entire buffet which had about 5 stations. For the amount of money I paid, I was very disappointed. I love el torito,but would never recommend or attend brunch there again.

    My wife and could not believe your price for a buffet and Lousy Menudo! too! We went sunday and took our two grandchildren. The tab was over 160 dollars plus a twenty two dollar tip! What a rip off! Nothing spactacular about your food and what was the pancakes for? To throw at the wall when we got the bill????

    Most of the time they were only three people serving at the buffet tables which caused long lines and lots of time waiting to be served. The waitress that waited on us was fantastic. She was quick efficient and helpful.

    Under Staffed, food ran out, poor employees had to work super hard. Will not go back next Christmas. Heard that from a lot of customers in line. People were very unhappy with how the set up was and had to wait in long lines for food and then when you got up there food was gone.

    There were 5 at our party 2 of us had the buffet. The rest of us ordered food.. The pork tacos from the buffet were delicious, however the restaurant was not that busy but the buffet kept running out of items. And the people that ordered food were brought out sporadically and we were almost in with our food before My mother's food was delivered my mother was halfway down with her food and the other people didn't even have their food yet we had to go physically ask for it. They weren't that busy so we're not quite sure why it was so slow and getting our food. Also the staff did not seem very friendly, We would ask questions and they just seem like they were too bothered to answer us. But the food was good at least

    Worst Thanksgiving, and El Torito experience in general, EVER. The restaurant was not even half full, but was out of food. Not even half the people at our table were able to get ACTUAL Thanksgiving food. The actual Mexican food was even out. We asked for chips and salsa because we were HUNGRY, but were told they didn't make them. Some of us even went home and made sandwiches because we didn't get enough. They even ran out of orange juice (how do you offer mimosas and not have OJ or ANY juice??). We didn't get silverware and had to ask several people before we got some. Over half our table didn't even get their drinks until half way through the meal. The only saving grace was our server's personality. We will NEVER be going back for a Thanksgiving, and definitely won't be going back to that El Torito in general. COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED.

    We went for Thanksgiving buffet with reservations. Got seated immediately, Yay!! and encountered the most happy-friendly service personnel, just GREAT! The food was good (when it was available at the buffet), It seems there was a shortage of people working or mis-calculation of how much food they needed at the buffet. There were several waiting times for several food items, and sadly, the dessert selection was really not refilled at all during our visit. We saw at least three or four different desserts when we started eating but when we were ready for dessert there was only pumpkin pie, no flan, none of the other items we had seen earlier, and the only person manning that section was also responsible for making tacos, serving soup, serving salad and dessert so he had no time to even check for restocking. Really not good for us because we had been looking forward to several dessert selections (especially at the price of $37 per person for the buffet.
