The service was good and the food was good. However, I never got my meal and had to find out what was going on. Prior to that the server asked if we wanted more to drink. My husband said yes and I said no. I already had one Margarita and did not want another one. 10 minutes later when I told the waitress I never got my food while my husband's food was sitting there in front of him getting cold the server brought me another drink on the house as an apology...Not sure why the server brought me another drink instead of comping the one that I already have, especially since I told the server I did not want another drink.

First time here & it wasn’t quite pleasant . I ordered the grilled cheese that came with fries . The grilled cheese was oozing cheese out of the sandwich that d didn’t look very appealing & the fries were awful . Loaded with oil soggy & cold . They replaced it when i complained & the new batch was just as bad except it seemed they had microwaved it because they were hot but limp soggy & full of oil . Not happy .

The service was good! The chicken tinga tacos were really good and flavorful. The chicken fajitas were a little bland and veggies a little crispy. Classic rice and beans were really good, as was the pina margarita. Maybe a little pricey for the quality, bur I would come back.

A great little gem in the heart of Palm Springs inside the saguaro Hotel I would definitely come here again. The food is exceptional. Everyone is very friendly and the dining room room is very spacious and appealing.

Taco Tuesday is a great deal for some flavorful and delicious tacos with high quality ingredients. We tried every one on the menu! Cocktails also delicious, especially the Tipsy Cactus :) ambiance very fun and colorful inside the Saguaro hotel. Friendly service. Will definitely be back!

Dined at El Jefe with 8 people and everything we ordered was delicious. Great variety, generous portions, and friendly service. Highly recommend!

El Jefe has amazing tacos, nachos and pitchers of margaritas. The service is friendly and attentive. It's a fun, relaxing place to unwind after a day in the sun. We love El Jefe's!
