   We’ve dined here several times. Always great service and food. Our only complaint is we’ve had to wear jackets throughout the entire evening. Doesn’t appear to be any certain area just overall temperature.

   Food was fantastic and people so friendly - what a local neighborhood gem. We had the Mole and Mahi, both were amazing and even better ... were delivered by the owner. What a place and have to say that we will be back very soon.

   Always 12/10, this is the only restaurant I enjoy fish tacos and order them every time. If you're looking for good food, good service and a delicious marg - El Jefe's got you! Highly recommended

   El Jefé is one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. The waitstaff was outstanding, suggesting menu items and describing our choices. The food was exceptional and presented very well.

   The place is casual, but the chef is serious about delicious, authentic Mexican food. Nothing is "precious", just wonderful and unpretentious. The cod fish tacos are fantastic, huge pieces of flaky cod to eat with a ford :-) The pinto beans on the side were perfectly seasoned. Also, do not miss the chips with salsa trio or the street corn.

   The food was delicious and came out quickly. It looked like they were mid menu change for the seasons, which is totally valid, but some items were not available because of seasonality. Regardless, the food that we ordered was delicious and they were very accommodating of the food allergies at our table. We hadn’t been to El jefe since they opened and will definitely be back soon.

   The food and service was ten star! Decided to venture out of our neighborhood and try something new and found a new favorite.

    This was our third time at El Jefe for brunch and we were NOT disappointed. Quality food and excellent beverage options. Atmosphere is perfect for groups, small or large.
