Nestled high above LoHi on the fifth floor of 2930 Umatilla, El Five boasts spectacular, unobstructed views of the downtown Denver skyline. The menu is an homage to the Mediterranean and features small plates built on bold flavors found throughout the region: Spain, North Africa, the Middle East.

Inside, the space is understated and sensual, flanked by a large, open-air patio for sun-kissed Colorado nights. As the newest restaurant in the Edible Beats family, El Five celebrates the confluence of flavors, ideas and geographies made possible by a subtle shift in perspective.

                                                                                                                        Best views in Denver, delicious and imaginative menu, Cassie, our server, was attentive, helpful with suggestions and just overall delightful. Big winners for us were the sea bass and the combos with mushrooms, but we managed to finish 6-7 dishes between the 4 of us. Cocktails were yummy too!

                                                                                                                        This is one of the very best restaurants in Denver. The food is outstanding, same is true for cocktails and wine. We were there on a busy Saturday night, and despite a lot going on, the service was outstanding and never missed a beat. It's got a great vibe, energetic but not frenetic, and is really a fun place to be. I hardly ever post reviews but really wanted to post this one!

I requested specific seating and was perfectly accommodated to appreciate one of the best views from a Denver restaurant. The food was very good and ultimately much less than we had expected, easily one of the best value restaurants I have ever been to. But don't go there for the value, go for the views and the food. Our server was only okay in the friendliness department, but everything came out as ordered, and she was helpful in navigating the menu.

                                                                                                                        We had the bison meatballs, matzo ball soup dumplings and the Coliflor paella and they all slapped. Highly recommend this place and the vibes were top notch with great city views. Will be going back.

                                                                                                                        I was looking for something different, but with a vibe and amazing views as I was visiting Denver. From the moment I sat down the entire crew makes you feel right at home. Great cocktails and dishes makes this place like a hidden gem. The skyline of downtown Denver gives this place an extra gold star. Definitely a-must try place.
