   Fantastic meal and if you like espresso martinis, this is the place! Can have without cream or with cream just have to ask. Ahi Poke bowl was delicious. Wait staff was awesome. Great time. Highly recommend.

   Fantastic brunch! They were able to maneuver around my food allergies and still let me leave completely full. That’s hospitality for you! From the hosts to our waiter, all were very knowledgeable and happy to help devise both cocktails and meals (yes, I had two) for me. Can’t wait to go back!

    This restaurant was new to us and was a very nice surprise. Our regular lunch spot when visiting Palm Springs was closed for the day, and we asked our hotel, The Willows, to recommend an alternative. It was a very attractive décor, with good air-conditioning on a very hot day. The menu is interesting and fun, the bar was good, and the food tasty. My husband had corn and crab chowder, which was delicious, and I had an omelette that was perfect. Not to mention the great a French fries. Friendly people and nice service. Thank you!

    We have had dinner at 849, 4 x's over 3 years. While the food remains excellent, this time we were disappointed in ambiance & the now obvious worn decor. Sorry to be so pointed but for a great restaurant in PS you have to excell in food & beautiful decor & ambiance. Kudos to your chef but your management needs to invest in an overall renovation.     Was a little worried it was going to be too sleepy when we walked up on a Thursday evening for a 7pm reservation. Terrific restaurant. Hostesses were great and Jose our waiter was absolutely wonderful. We sat outside in the back area and enjoyed the space. We ordered the Caesar salad, Filet & fried chicken. Would recommend all. The Sea Bass sounded really good and the chicken Milanese (would try that next time). Drinks were well made too. I’d give this restaurant a 4.5 star rating if I could. Definitely check this place out.

    Everything was amazing. The food was great, good quality and large portions. The service here is top notch! The only slight negative is that it is a tad noisy when it fills up. But other than that it's an excellent choice

    The menu is varied and has lots of great choices. The staff and servers are always helpful and knowledgeable. I love eating in the bar area. I have been eating at 849 since it opened and I still enjoy my favorite dishes - salmon nicoise salad and crab and corn chowder.

    First time trying this restaurant even though we have lived here since before it opened . We should have tried it YEARS AGO! The service was superb. The Chilean Sea Bass and accompaniments were PERFECTION. The flourless chocolate cake was delicious...and more than enough for 2! My only negative is the slightly sterile ambiance which is why we hadn't tried it sooner, However we will definitely be back now that we have tried it.
