Edo Bites is the newest creation of chef Edoardo Baldi, who also owns e. baldi Ristorante in Beverly Hills.

With the 2017 opening of edo, Edoardo’s aim was to recreate the love, aromas, and art of some of his favorite childhood foods and to use the café as an avenue to explore beyond the more traditional Tuscan recipes he uses at e. baldi. The food is still unmistakably Edoardo’s but it’s more playful and younger in spirit. We think of e. baldi as the father and edo as the son. Fresh, irreverent at times, and always creative.

We really enjoyed the food, perfect portions and amazing quality. The truffle pizza is a must!! Great and friendly environment.

I love Edo Bites. Especially the location. The lasagne is divine. Freshly made, light, and the perfect portion. Apple pie is one of the best.

Excellent food ! The lasagna and the branzino fish are very good. The service is on point and very pleasant - nothing to complain about,! The desserts are made in house and the blueberry pie was excellent.

I hosted a holiday lunch for my office staff. I was disappointed that when we asked for water, the waiter brought bottled water to the table and opened without asking, adding $30 to the bill unnecessarily. I was also disappointed in the brandi o I ordered. It was cooked fine, but had no flavor or texture. And for a restaurant that has “Bites” in the name, we were anticipating there would be some small plates available. Instead, there were appetizers big enough to be entries (the eggplant) and entries small enough to leave you wanting more (like the ravioli). The waiter was fine and the environment was lovely. I would go back if I was at the Grove and hungry, but would not host an event there again.

We reserved 3 hours before our reservation time. We arrived & wasn’t able to seat us down until 1 hour and a half later.

very relaxed outdoor atmosphere in the middle of the Grove shopping center. Service was over the top great. Waiter, servers, busboys, everyone. Food was also delicious, albeit on the small side overall---lasagna and branzino. My only real beef is i did not expect a caesar salad to be made with kale---either i missed that on the menu or they did a switcharoo on us. Dessert---chocolate cake with ice cream and whipped cream ---topped off a good meal.
