    Our server, Jeremy, was professional, experienced and on top of all aspects of making our Anniversary dinner memorable. The meals were prepared properly and delicious. We were going to share a lobster bisque. Jeremy offered to split it for us.

    The whole dining experience was delightful - from the Private Plane cocktail, the lobster bisque, the wedge salad, to the perfectly cooked steaks. Our server, Chance, was great, and spaced all the courses out nicely - never felt rushed. Can't wait to return!

    Dinners at Eddie V’s are always an outstanding dining experience. This evening was no exception, perfectly prepared fish, accompanied by generous side dishes. Their selection of oysters are unique and so cold and delicious. The evening flowed under the direction of John L. Smooth, unobtrusive and anticipating what we would need, before we realized It. The perfect experience, to take out of town guests, or for just a couple wanting a perfect evening, never disappoints

    Carly B is the sweetest person and amazing at making you feel special with every visit/occasion. Her memory for your likes and dislikes are nothing short of stellar. The food, drinks, atmosphere and staff are truly wonderful and always a reason we return with regularity. The long stem rose at the end of the visit us a nice touch.

    Gabriel, Adam, and “Naz” delivered an exceptional experience for our family. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and they made her and all of us feel very special. We will continue to trust Eddie V’s for these types of big celebrations. Can’t wait to come back again.
