   Absolutely amazing . From the start to finish they made my daughter’s 21st birthday celebration special! Sophia , our waitress, was stellar in every way! I’d come back time and time again, and the value for the amazing food is top notch. Hats off to the chef and everyone working!

   Our family of four had an amazing dinner to celebrate my son's birthday. Our waitress Sophia was friendly, informative, and attentive! The food was delicious as always. We enjoyed crab cakes, steak, crab rice, mashed potatoes, ahi tuna, seabass, and desserts.

   Not our first time to Eddie V's... and it continues to impress. Celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary and was thrilled to sit at a fittingly decorated table. Very much appreciated the complimentary champagne and dessert to mark the occasion. Loved the personlized attention from our server, Dominic (who I understand is often requested), and from Gabriel, the general manager. Highly recommend this venue. The food is consistently well prepared and, although not inexpensive, the quality and level of service justify the costs. Keep up the good work!

   I dine at a lot of restaurants in Denver/DTC and this continues to be my favorite. Best drinks, food, service and live music to top it off!

   We were very pleased with our dinner. The valet was great, very quick. Once we entered we were promptly greeted and sat at our table. They had it decorated for my birthday, along with a card. That was nice. We immediately had water and the waiter came by for our drink order. The bread and butter was brought very soon, along with an asparagus appetizer that was delicious. The waiter recommended the fish special, which I ended up ordering and it was very good. Very happy with all of our service. Our waiter was very attentive and provided us with great service, I wish I could remember his name. But very good dining experience.

   From being seated, to the amazing food, a perfect evening @ EV's. Carly was attentive, funny, and made our experience memorable. Chef Matthew went above and beyond and visited table to ensure everything was perfect. Thank you EV's!

    Eddie V’s is one of our favorite restaurants. The food, cocktails and service are always impeccable. This time my husband ordered the bone in ribeye and it did not have much of a cap on it. My husband was disappointed (the first time we have ever been disappointed) however as soon as my husband mentioned the problem, the server and manager were on it. They replaced the steak with no hassles! It was very much appreciated. Will 10/10 always recommend this restaurant. PS always get the butter cake!
