   Food was outstanding as usual. Pricing was a little much for the amount of food. We frequent Ruth Chris, Ocean Prime, Shannihans and other high end places so I’m using that as comparison. It was very noisy in the restaurant which was a big turn off. We could barely hear each other at the table and communicating with the server was difficult.

   Eddie V’s, thank you for making our Mother’s Day brunch special. The food was outstanding especially the Steamed Chilean Sea Bass. The fresh yellowfin Tuna was delicious. Finishing it off with 3 different delectable deserts: Crème Brûlée, Chocolate lava cake and the low cal fresh berries and crème Yummy! 😋 we will definitely be back!

   We love Eddie V's in Greenwood Village enough to make the more than an hour drive from Boulder on a Friday night - it's one of our very favorite spots for a nice dinner out. My wife and I had another incredible experience celebrating my daughter's birthday with her and her boyfriend. The place was already hopping when we arrived at 6:30, and we started with some yummy cocktails from the bar - my daughter said her Hope Diamond was one of the best concoctions she'd ever had. We were seated ahead of our 7p reservation, and our server Ben made us feel right at home. We shared crab cake and the steak taco appetizer special, and the table ordered salmon, cod, tuna and the filet medallion special. Sides were crab fried rice and brussel sprouts. All were fabulously prepared and and they took some leftovers home. A piece of chocolate cake complete with a flaming 'Happy Birthday' signature flair for the birthday girl ended our evening. Wonderful time, super bang for the buck evening.

   I’ve never had an eating experience like this. The food was amazing, the steak and seafood are unbelievable. The best part was the service, my wife and I were celebrating our first anniversary and my birthday and thought we were going to a fancy place and that was it. We were wrong! I’ve never been waited on like we were at Eddie V’s. Our waiter was nothing short of incredible, from his confidence on the menu, to his charm, he was a legitimate professional. It was a memorable night and we won’t forget it!

   We celebrated a birthday here with friends. It was our first time here, and while the noise level was significant, the quality of service and food more than made up for it. Our server, Brad, was excellent. He was professional but very personable, helping our celebration feel special. Brad helped with every aspect of our experience, and I was glad to have taken his menu recommendations. The fresh halibut was treated uniquely, and the steak options were well above average. The oyster appetiser was presented in a beautiful, photo-worthy manner. The bananas foster dessert was also a highlight.

   We come here often one of the few places in Colorado that deserves 5 stars. Must haves are the truffle Mac and cheese, lobster tails, filet mignon, and the butter cake.

    Sat at the bar for dinner, Mikaela was attentive and great. Food was delicious as usual, love the live music and ambiance. Our favorite steakhouse in Denver!
